Cafe 218

Great drinks, berry smoothie was the best. Breakfast was very good, eggs poached perfectly and the best tomato sauce I've had in ages. Excellent service, all staff were helpful, prompt and made me feel welcome. A few other cafes in Christchurch could learn a lot from these guys. Will definitely be back.

Great place for a delicious coffee after a hard day of Moorhouse Ave shopping. Their all day lunches are very affordable and incredibly substantial. They also have a generous assortment of mouthwatering cabinet food. The staff are an absolute delight.

Coffee was great, food is expensive. I wanted something savoury, the pie was $13 even without the bit of salad on the side. I ended up with a burnt peanut cookie.

Read all the reviews on here and hve to agree with most even the bad we went for lunch and had coffee and the burger and scrambled eggs. Would I go bck again yes for the coffee

Great coffee and good service. It is not our usual coffee stop but we tried during the holiday period. The coffee was great! Highly recommended!

An amazing place to go when you want great coffee, service and food. The staff are always going above and beyond and it makes me mad when I see people leaving negative reviews when they're clearly just complaining for the sake of it as I have never had a bad experience here. The complete opposite in fact to the point I feel as though I'm treated as family and always welcomed. I see this with many other customers who also frequent 218. Keep up the great work team, don't let a small percentage of people stop you from being amazing!!!
