Always helpful friendly staff in here and virtually always have what I want in stock. So that means the manager does an excellent job.

I was looking for Dji osmo 4 everywhere. i went to pb tech Auckland they had in store. I bought it right away. Staff was also really nice. They helped me to find the right product. With in 10 minutes i was out from store. Really good service.

Great tech store. Good collection of electronics and computer hardware. Great price and amazing offers on special occasions.

Went into buy a monitor but wasn't on display, but had some out back but couldn't pull out for me to see. Know wonder I buy online where people can't go the extra mile and show what I'm want to purchase. Came home and bought one straight from Dell instead.

Just walked in to pick up my order and had a quick look around, then the security stopped me checking my bag and belonging but not anybody else. It seemed a random check and maybe I was not look 'good' enough.

People who work at this store do not want to sell you stuff. They also do not want to help you buy anything. It took me good 5mins to convince an employee of the store to show me something that I wanted to buy. Very inattentive and unhelpful staff.

Great range at good prices, however, very poor after sale service. I had an issue with a product, I planned on exchanging it. No help or communication from them.
