Really helpful staff and super friendly! Every time I've shopped at this location I am always helped by a great staff member. The only critique I would have is potentially having more people on the floor as the wait times for help can sometimes be quite long.
The worst shopping experience in New Zealand. We brought a LG TV on Black Friday, when we were in the store, the box was re-sealed but the sales told us it’s just not taped well and he promised it is a BRAND NEW TV. When we back home and open the box…surprisingly the document shows it’s a returned TV that is faulty. You guys did a very good job, see you on the Commerce Commission!
I don't usually write reviews but wow- really rude, condescending staff. Told me an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter didn't exist and were super unhelpful when I nicely asked for guidance.. Go to PB tech instead- they are great and helpful!
I had some issues with my ear pods. Abir was very helpful and got the warranty sorted within no time. The way she handled the whole thing was commendable. Now got a new device ad enjoying it.
I would like to give 0 star if possible. Was advised that the repair would take 2 weeks. There's been no email, call update to update me on the repair status. When you call the store, you can never get through and goes directly to the customer care centre. Have left multiple notes with customer care requesting a call back from the store in regards to the status of the repair. It has been longer than 4 weeks now, with no update whatsoever from this store. Even the customer care team can not get through to them. Very poor customer service from the particular store itself.

Awesome sales person on-site. Responsible and efficient delivery guys to help install the new dishwasher and remove the old ones. Highly recommended!
Service is definitely getting worse as time goes. Was there to purchase a phone charger. Waited for few minutes for someone to appoach and unlock there safety lock, instead, was just neglected by atleast 3 staff who were literally 5 steps away from me. They were on their phone the entire time. One staff who saw me multiple times, went straight back to there stockroom without even prompting his colleagues about a costumer waiting. I ended up waiting for another staff to finish up with another costumer before calling him to help me.
It really shows that you don’t care. Don’t buy here! Went in wanting to test one of the new Bose earbud, however was told cannot try/test due to hygiene reason can you not prepare some alcohol wipes to clean after? then was also told that if I bought it, I will not be able to return/refund it as well due to hygiene purpose. You must be joking right ? Consumer rights means nothing to you ? If not then it must be a very bad staff who don’t care and discriminate against its own consumer. Well done Noel Leeming, I have had no issues trying earbuds in other stores like PB tech and Sony. Will never visit your store again.
Very bad experience here in Noel Leeming Newmarket! The staff was not helpful at all and he was in a bad mood when talking to us. We wanted to buy a kettle with marked price of $89.99, but he said there’s no stock, and we didn’t mind come to pick up later, and ready to pay, but he told us the price was over $100 not 89.99. We show him the marked price on the shelf, and he said some staff put it in wrong place, and didn’t say a single word of ‘sorry’, and he was like blaming us not checking it carefully. Never come back to this store!
