Vodafone Ponsonby

Brent was great in assisting me with the selection of a new phone recently, and then leading me through the labyrinth for me! of setting it up properly ,during a necessary follow-up visit. He is articulate, pleasant and patient...and, crucially, he knows his stuff. He is truly a credit to Vodafone and I cannot praise him too highly. I should add that I do not know him personally, and that this review is absolutely unsolicited.

Went to Vodafone Ponsonby this morning and I have been helped by the nicest bloke ever! He answered all of my questions and requests; and really went out of his way to help me and sort my situation out. I forgot to ask his name but I am so grateful; what a committed Employee. He made my day!

The staff in this store are all absolutely brilliant - I found an American chap, Dan, especially helpful. After a stressful morning without wifi at my business, Dan went above and beyond to fix the problem and kept persevering until he had a solution! Thank you so much - my internet connection has now returned, but after several dead end conversations with the Vodafone call centre, you restored my faith in the network!

Came into the store with my partner to ask about transferring to Vodafone and the woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful. Preferred talking to the other staff member in the store than helping us. Will not be joining Vodafone

I recently had my number ported over to Vodafone unfortunately the whole process was made extremely difficult by 2 degrees. The team at Vodafone Ponsonby were very helpful especially Stan in getting this sorted. Would recommend you visit this store to help you out.

Nice and easily accessible Vodafone shop in Ponsonby. Staff is competent and nice. Updated products are always available here. Well recommended in term of overall service quality.

kind staff, bought a Samsung A10 and a clear phone case from here ages ago and they are still both in great condition. staff is also proffesional and knows what they are talking about

I receive good service from this store as it feels like community store, with the staff being stable for some time.

i went in because i didnt know how to enter my sim card and the lady helped me and was great service i really reconmend if you have any problems staff are really nice 10/10

Best Vodafone store visit experience I've had at the Ponsonby store, usually a dragged out experience but alas! not this store! aLLgood!
