I went in today to purchase a replacement phone. I was given solid information regarding my broken phone and great service with selecting a new phone. My guy then went on to help me select the best tech for my daughters upcoming birthday so I will heading back there in a couple of weeks. I am thankful for the service I received today. They also gave me a call back before I headed in as they had missed my initial phone call and that was cool.
I have brought a few refurbished phones on line and have had problems with them. However the phone I purchased from Mobile City through Trade Me an iphone 12 was in as new condition delivery was overnight. I waited a week before posting feedback to make sure there weren't any issues and have been very pleased with its performance. very good value for money product and prompt delivery. Can recommend their products based on my own experience.
Mobile City provided a hassle free trade on Trade Me. iPhone X received was exactly as described in auction. Friendly & professional emails from this trader. Prompt quick delivery within 2days after paying for item. Would trade again

Excellent + rapid customer service. I have purchased 2x iPad’s from mobile-city and they are absolutely perfect. From the packaging to the product itself + prices. The option to afterpay is amazing also, very happy with my experience at mobile-city!
I really don’t recommend. I’ve bought an IPhone 11 that first arrived with charger problem, they replaced the charger and after few months the phone had problem in the charger port, they fixed and returned the phone and now the screen isn’t working properly when touch it and also the button to silence mode isn’t working. I’m frustrated because they haven’t said in the website when I bought that the parts of the phone wasn’t a genuine apple part. If I knew it I would not buy it. An genuine IPhone if comes with all this problems they immediately replace the phone for you. And the price that I paid not worth for an non genuine iPhone. I have emailed them but with no response. I have my phone over 12 months now and I Know about the warranty not cover anymore. I just want aware you guys because is too many problems that I could had avoid it if I knew it wasn’t an genuine one. My phone is in perfect condition and I always have been careful with. So no. It’s not a problem I’ve caused. Updating: Ghost Touch is the problem i have, probably caused because of low-quality parts or dodgy repairs. Thats what Apple said when i contact them to get more information.
The customer service has been outstanding! I received a free upgrade on one product so I decided to return the other product and pay for an upgrade on that one. Communication was excellent and they made the process so easy.

I first did a online purchase which was fast an effecient. I then was having issues abit of issues with the gadget but it was a easy process of emailing the team. I went in too the shop too trade the gadget & they were super friendly, fast and worked with our needs. 10/10
My Samsung Galaxy S10e phone arrived well packed in professional custom packaging in as near new condition as you could get, I couldn't even see the one very small scratch that the photos you sent me showed so I'm absolutely rapt about that. It is in perfect working order and I absolutely love this phone and it's condition. I would definitely recommend and deal with this company again.
