Thanks for fixing up my badly damaged Apple iPhone 7 Plus screen recently.  You've done an outstanding job as always.  Really thankful for the free 9H glass protector after the repair too.  I'm very happy and satisfied with your exemplary iPhone repair job and not to mention the reasonable price you give to returning customers.  I found your company via Google search way back in 2013 when you won the best Customer Service Award organized by Takapuna Beach Business Association; yes, you beat very repair center in North Shore; including the "big boys" in the shopping mall. My iPhone 11 had a pretty bad fall today!  Smashed the front screen, back housing cracked and damaged the main camera's protection lens!  This is the first time I made a booboo!  Any way, thanks to Dr Mobiles Limited professional repair service, I got sorted out the same day!  I was referred to Dr Mobiles Limited by a fellow church member!  Dr Mobiles Limited had gave us a free inspection on this impact damaged iPhone 11 and quoted us within 15 to 20 minutes; we are impressed!  These chaps pay attention to your need and answer us in non-technical jargon.  On top that, the price quoted was reasonable.  My partner and I are very impressed with both the speed and quality of the repair job.  Highly recommended to all North Shore locals!

Thanks for sorting my impact damage iPad Pro 4th Gen and my daughter's iPhone 12 Pro Max.  You guys had been sorting out my family's repair need for the iDevices since many many years at least ten years, since I broke my first iPad Mini 1st Gen!.  The North shore locals are blessed to see Dr Mobiles Limited still running in full steam and high spirit despite the onslaught of the Coronavirus pandemic!  Keep up the good job Raf and associates. The best customer service. My daughters phone was fixed in just over an hour. I got a call letting me know the prices and options before they proceeded with fixing the phone. Great communication, warm and inviting. A great family business that’s been around 10+ years. Definitely coming back again!  They also chucked in a free phone case for my daughter. Thank you!

So if you want your phone repaired or a screen protector or cases you need to see this guy. He is AMAZING, he knows his stuff and is honest not overpriced and so very very helpful. I don't often give 5 stars, in this case we'll deserved... BTW I travel from South Auckland to go see him that's what I think of his service/ability.

I had a very badly damaged screen internally and was looking for repairs around takapuna. I found the Istore and they said they could fix my phone for $949 but then I found doctor mobile who cut the price by 2/3. The person I dealt with was Raphael who had care, passion and most of all enthusiasm whilst trying to fix my phone. You also get a free phone inspection with it. I had my phone fixed in 35minutes so quick so easy. Would fully recommend the place to anyone.

Thanks to David Lim for fixing up my Galaxy A32 mobile in a quick span of time. He was so kind and friendly. He collected my damaged phone and returned the next day like a brand new phone. Happy with the service.

Quick, professional and good quality service and care! Highly recommend to anyone who needs phone services. My phone broke this week, and they managed to fix the problem fast and tell me some tips on how to prevent the damage from happening again.

My beloved Apple MacBook Air would not boot as the hard drive was damaged. A family friend recommended I take my laptop to Dr Mobiles Limited and may I say, it is one of the best decision I have made!  We had our daughter's iPad Pro cracked screen repaired here October, 2021 and still works well.  On top of that, my trophy wifey wet her iPhone 13 Pro earlier on this year and again was repaired/rescued by Dr Mobiles Limited  Rafael explained the options available to me clearly and fixed my Apple MacBook Air with a new hard drive very quickly and transferred my files to my new hard drive, all at a very good price. Customer Service Delivery: 5/5 Repair quality and time: 5/5 Technical Skills: 5/5 Explanation: 5/5  My wife and definitely recommend Rafael to anybody having problems with their laptop or Apple MacBoook. You will not be disappointed.

Rafael always does an amazing job everytime i bring my phones there. I made the mistake of going else where to fix the back of my iphone 13pronever again!! . He was able to fix a botched job. My iphone 13pro looks brand new again . Thank you, definatley be back again for any other repaur i need. I Highly recomend this team!
