Very poor products and service, but good communication and nice staff. I paid $200 for an imported replacement battery. When I picked up the phone the screen wasn't flush with the case and there was wet glue oozing from the seams. I took it back for rework the next day and the screen was reseated properly. Three months later I'm only getting a couple of hours of battery life from the new battery. The Accubattery app says that it holds only 1/3 the charge of the original. I'm very disappointed.
I got my Samsung screen repaired at the full price of $180 for a genuine screen 24hrs later I noticed lines in the digital display running down the length of the screen I phoned them up and I was very polite as I wanted to resolve this issue with them. I then went into the store and they accused me of breaking my phone which I had 2 month warranty for. They said that they could fix that again but they would want more money and that I had damaged the frame as well which was caused by their poor workmanship with glue around the outside housing of the screen. Phone was repaired again and I refused to pay in the hand it over would not recommend dealing with this establishment.
Was quoted $100, get to the shop and he tried to add and extra $40 despite myself and my partner coming the week before to fix his phone. He then fixed it but then damaged the camera in the process. His excuse was “oh dust gets stuck sometime” yeah more like dust from your junk shop that needs to be cleaned, TF. Never had a problem with the camera before until his tutu hands had a go. Another person came in with the exact same make and model phone and I heard him try charge $160, I butted in and said “wow you upped the price by $40 within one hour of me being here”.
Really good service. They repaired my cellphone screen and charging port with overnight postage. Just a great all round company to deal with thank you. Paul

Good service. My phone screen was cracked. Replaced by geek phone repair guys and it didn't work properly. I took it back and it was replaced again and properly fixed. All the best

I had my cracked lcd screen fixed for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and Geek Phone Repair fixed it. Cost was $580 as I didn't have insurance . I had received a few quotes and the highest was $799. Great service. Would totally recommend this company
Awesome repair phone shop, Geek phone guys repaired my iphone 8 and galaxy s9+, this is the only shop that gave me quote for s9+, and it's definitely the cheapest iphone 8 repair price in the town, and the staff are very friendly helpful and professional. Really enjoy coming here. 5 stars shop.
