It was fine and quick and efficient. Quite disappointing that it takes a month to go from a plan to prepaid. I'm sure if I wandered down to Vodafone they could have those number on prepaid within the day.

The gentleman who helped me multiple times on Sunday and then kept in contact with me during the week until my issues were resolved was absolutely outstanding.

Last week I sat and waited 45 minutes and none of the staff asked if I needed help. In disgust I walked out and went to Spark WestCity and was served immediately.

Lacks product knowledge. Doesn't answer store phone. I wanted to get my phone repaired and was not able to help at all without ID which a student ID was not sufficient.. no solution offered as I haven't got a license or passport

Tried many times to reach the store by calling, left messages wanting to purchase 2 phones worth $1600. No response what so ever these guys don't really care for customers. . Not happy!!

Great guys working there and store is neat and good seating. Just can be a wait to see someone on the weekends.
