Had an issue with an order and wasn't happy with response from one staff member, spoke with another and he offered me a partial refund and free headset as an apology. Amazing customer service from this gentleman and I've now changed my mind and would definitely order from extremepc again!

Excellent service, unfortunately a motherboard i ordered online arrived damaged, was worried I would have to go through the painful process of having to return the board wait for it to checked and a replacement sent out, called them and had a new Mobo being shipped out today with a return slip for the damaged product, customer service is miles ahead of any of there competitors. Really wish i had started shopping with these guys earlier.

Awesome Gaming PC knowledge and didn't try to over sell. Was able to make changes to the base configuration and the price was cheaper than any where else allowing me to upgrade to a better graphic card. The RTX 3080 and i7 11 Gen rock in performance.

I contacted Extreme PC after having major hassles with PB Tech. and I am so glad I did. I sent through the details of what I needed replaced and my budget. After receiving the Quote from Josh. We discussed a few other options. Much better options and even better pricing I must add. I also got some great advice on other products. The build took a few days with testing etc. and it was on its way. I am absolutely Satisfied with everything. This will be my go to from now on. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.
