We are a spacious library in the Panmure town centre with a varied collection of books, magazines, graphic novels, audiobooks, CDs & DVDs. We offer free events and services, including Storytime, Wriggle & Rhyme, school holiday programmes, free Wi-Fi and computer access, and meeting room hire.

Wriggle & Rhyme: Wednesdays 10.30am & 11.30am
* Storytime & W&R do not run during school holidays

Great place . Reception is helpful and the JP services on Wednesday is 5 pm to 7 pm. Try to be considerate to each before 6:30.
A large and well used community library. Helpful staff and superb selection of printed materials.

Lovely facilities with friendly helpful librarians.
My kids suffered from selective mutism for 3 years. She like this place, and she can talk here. But the library administrators don’t allow her talking. There is not many people, and there is a quiet room for people to choose. I don’t understand why talking and playing is not allowed.
