I am so grateful for this very simple technique that allows my mind to settle so easily. As a result of regular practise of TM I have become more focused, happier and fulfilled. It allows me to daily shed the stresses and strains that otherwise cloud my ability to appreciate life and realise my true nature.

Parking can be a little difficult with group sessions but it is not that bad walking up the driveway.  Lovely quiet setting to gather and meditate and listen to Maharishi

I'm really glad I've learnt TM. I ask myself why have I not learnt it alot earlier. The practitioners are great, I enjoy their open mindedness.
