I wish there was an option to give a 0 Star review. Hopeless service. Please avoid going here if you have a serious injury or in need of claiming ACC. Their process is super slow, god knows why things are slow. Any other centre would probably take 10 mins to launch and have your ACC application approved after the initial assessment but I am waiting for almost a month now. Only reason to go with these guys is that they are cheap with ACC - They charge $10 a visit after intial consultation. Worst thing is that I already have an ACC claim with a number I got from a earlier Chiro centre where I was being treated. Bad service, super slow process and they leave you in darkness after the first consultation. Beware and consider paying a proper Chiropractor if you need immediate treatment with ACC.
Lovely experience, interns are professional. Eager to understand your issues, discuss, run through the mentors and treat you. Always there to help you. We need to have patience to go, run through the process, discuss your concerns with interns. Let them know the issues. The treatment takes time to fix problems, depending upon our issues. I have always enjoyed my visit and able to improve my back and especially my next problem. I am a Chartered Accountant and will have constant issue with back and next door to the narrow of work. We need to visit and fix them.
I have 2 friends that study at the College and they seem to absolutely love the experience. The centre is so affordable, even as a student, and going in twice a week has improved my personal life. I love hearing from my friends there if the amazing recoveries some of their patients are making, and I've been refering everyone I meet to go there, even if they think they don't need to.
Excellent service , we been looked after by Gene, he looked after our family very well. My back pain relieved, I feel much better , calmer . Highly recommend this place Thank you Maria, Sophia and Yasmin Auckland
I have had great experience attending the chiropractic centre. The intern I see is very professional and there are a team of clinical mentors that oversee my appointments. I have received care from the mentors when needed. This is a very well run clinic.
This is not the place to go if you have an issue which needs to be addressed soon. The initial consultation is arduous and frustrating, with a questionnaire which defies common courtesy and leads to the students not really listening or paying attention to their patients. The treatment is spread across multiple too many visits. After four weeks, the issue which led me there has yet to be addressed. I'm a big believer in chiropractic care and respond well to it, and have visited many chiropractors. However, the common drawn out approach for ongoing treatment is exemplified here, and the costs add up to the equivalent of going to an experienced chiropractor from the start which I recommend. If you are feeling charitable to a training organisation, or already have your issues sorted out and are just looking for maintenance, this is the place for you.
"If it is not broken don't fix it" - I strongly suggest you consider the potential repercussions of using this college, for a young woman looking to improve their posture, i'm tall at 6ft, but the result is continuous head and neck pains for over 2 months now and my GP is suggesting their is the possibility of nerve damage in my neck. The benefits certainly do not outway the risks. I was also very disappointed with care provided even when escalated to management. Just a response that you signed the consent form and it is what it is. In hindsight this is nothing more than a business fronting as a college, utilising low or unpaid students, with questionable skills. Also beware the default and excessive upsell on x-rays. 8 x-rays in 1 session is not good for anyone and there was a child x-rayed ahead of me. Again think twice before proceeding or pay the extra for an experience professional Chiropractor. The choice is yours.
The best tertiary institution I have attended. The curriculum supports hands-on practice from day one, with the staff, faculty, and students being very supportive.
An intern injured my neck further while attempting to do chiropractic movements. Would not recommend going here. You're better off paying a bit more and going to professionals/graduates who will not make your injuries worse.
I have been visiting the college for a while now and have experienced some amazing results. The students seem very professional and eager to assist where possible.
