Panhead Tasting Room - Upper Hutt

Went there a couple of weeks ago, BEST brewey of them all! Their beer are amazing, so much flavour! The staff was doing a great job, fast, efficient and friendly! The food was A M A Z I N G !! Good portions and very tasty. If you are in wellington or close by don't hesitate visiting this place.

Always relaxed. Supercharger beer has to be my personal favorite. Had some pulled pork loaded fries, which were delicious as usual. Hot as today. Sat outside near their outside fan in the shade. Love it.

Brewtown have everything. Distillery, Aro, Bonehead, Kereru, Good George, Panhead all breweries at one place. Food trucks outside provide good combination of things. Love the place as beer enthusiast.

I had the jalapeño popper beef burger special.. delicious flavour but my beef patty was very rare really nice chips with lots of salt which I loveee! Mac and cheese was average was was warm and hit the spot. I didn’t realise that basically all the seating is outside. We were told that there were heaters outside but there was hardly enough to make a difference. Also the seating was just really uncomfortable, like little stools that were too high for the table. I could imagine in summer this would be nicer but on a freezing winter night it just wasn’t it

A great place to enjoy a cold one with friends or family. There is beer that will sit anyone here and in the summer it is a magical place to socialize and enjoy. The food to is great with plenty on offer. I particularly enjoyed the pork belly burnt ends and the Buffalo Wings. The pulled pork burger is also another favorite. With fantastic staff and excellent music, it is easy to stay here all day.

Unfortunately we tend to forget about this place, possibly due to the fact it is relatively out of the way at the Brewtown complex. It is worth the extra few metres to find it. It has a pleasant environment, friendly staff, and tasty food. Worth a visit for good pub food

The team here were fantastic- really attentive and pleasant to deal with. We had booked a table and rang to say we would be slightly delayed- no problem! Arrived and decided the table by the loo wasn’t what we were really after so we were able to grab another. Loved that the staff grabbed me a chair with a back on it- much more comfy than the bench. Beers ordered promptly hey panhead, are you planning on offering a low or zero alcohol beer?, I had to settle for a 2% Macs which was okay, but I wanted to try a panhead, while the guys had the Pilsner. I had a half of Hazy with my burger. Staff asked me if I was driving yup and recommended the sandman- nice choice and just as well Brisket burger and house burger double patty were delish. Side of fries which looked under cooked, but ended up being tasty. Gotta say the staff looked really happy to be here and did a fantastic job. We’ll be back. Downer- 3 cops parked at the entrance to Brewtown doing breath tests. I’m sure they had better things to do last night like stop the odd car theft or burglar!!!

Nice bar to chill and relax in, plenty of seating in the sun and seating undercover. Accessible parking right outside, amazing kai and drinks that are all fairly priced.

Great food, service and atmosphere!

I might be classed as a bit biased as I am somewhat of a regular. I've never had a bad beer here and the food is good. Staff are brilliant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Beers are updated regularly menu is on the right hand side of of the dispensing taps. However the core range is generally always available. 'Johnny Octane' empty at time of writing. Well worth a trip out to "Brewtown"
