Very clean venue!! Great layout for eating in!! And decent parking for Central town.. could fit a car n trailer and easy access egress. The chicken super fresh andservice was very quick!! The manager Shari took time to talk with us and you could see why this place is the way it is!! Takes pride in his mahi!! Best KFC in NZ
The fc team member Karla was hee name. Haz great customee service. Amazing. Shah The RGM IS great, along with his managers Khali&Bless. They run there shifts great. Work hard everytime on shift. The wings i love the most. I tried the boneless bowl. Was exquiste.
Tried the hot & crispy boneless tonight. What we got were bits of what can only be described as crispy coated chicks! Tiny over-the-top minuscule bits!!!! This mess cost $10 and was NOTHING like the photo. Pleasant service, though.nDo better!!!!
Kiosks seemlying are decorations only, never seemed to be logged in, now with the new counter with no kiosks logged in it makes for a very cramped experience, I truly don't see the point in having them if you don't use them. The food does come fast though, which is good after waiting at least 10 minutes to place an order. Which is usually met with staff members yelling out what foods that can't do. Please start leaving clothes or cleaning spray out in the dinning area as staff don't seem to wipe the tables down either
KFC upper Hutt is probably the best KFC in New Zealand. The service is lightning fast and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful. I live in Porirua and that's probably the worst KFC in New Zealand so whenever I come to upper Hutt and want KFC I'm happy to come here.nyou people in upper Hutt that complain about KFC should come out to Porirua and they will make you appreciate what you've got more
