Chicken was pretty greasy in all honesty however not as bad as some other KFC's I have been too. Staff were friendly. It was pretty quiet in there at midday which was a bit strange but I was good with it.
Chicken is the pits. Dried up baby pieces. No meat on the wings and dry af shriveled drum stick and rubbery breast piece. Upgraded the building but the quality of food is still garbage, and it's been like this for over a decade consistently. Worst KFC in New Zealand by a country mile.
Go somewhere else. Old chicken, Had 1 thigh in the 16 pce pack. All wings and dry breast meat, and you have to pay an extra dollar for any side order you want changed in a meal. Is that even legal as I saw no signs stipulating that! Potatoe Gravy looked like cat food with the lumps. Aaargh
Bad service I ordered bucket for delivery and pieces was missing after complaining he said I will give one basket free next time it’s mistake because lots of pieces was missing from bucket and after two days I come to pickup he giving me free three pieces and one side boss who gonna pay for my petrol or delivery, and after he said my boss said to me we not allowed to give bucket so who gonna inform to customer this is your mistake missing pieces I should recommend when you ordered from kfc make sure count bucket pieces because i usually not counting but that’s I feel it is look like less and it was really bad and misleading service don’t think customer is fool
Food always bangs, however if you go through the drive thru they'll almost always forget something from your order. I'm not kidding, the last 10+ times I've gone there, they've left something out. Double check ya bags before you leave. Otherwise food is almost always bang on so yea
