Very clean venue!! Great layout for eating in!! And decent parking for Central town.. could fit a car n trailer and easy access egress. The chicken super fresh andservice was very quick!! The manager Shari took time to talk with us and you could see why this place is the way it is!! Takes pride in his mahi!! Best KFC in NZ
Tried the hot & crispy boneless tonight. What we got were bits of what can only be described as crispy coated chicks! Tiny over-the-top minuscule bits!!!! This mess cost $10 and was NOTHING like the photo. Pleasant service, though.nDo better!!!!
Kiosks seemlying are decorations only, never seemed to be logged in, now with the new counter with no kiosks logged in it makes for a very cramped experience, I truly don't see the point in having them if you don't use them. The food does come fast though, which is good after waiting at least 10 minutes to place an order. Which is usually met with staff members yelling out what foods that can't do. Please start leaving clothes or cleaning spray out in the dinning area as staff don't seem to wipe the tables down either
I visited kfc upper hutt the other day. I was impressed with my order. Chicken was nice & hot and plenty of salt on my chips. I was served by this lovely person Kharli. Felt welcomed, friendly smile and awesome service by her & the rest of the team. Definitely coming back here
Got a 10 piece bucket with 3 sides.. please tell me why we had 3 breast, 3 wings, 2 ribs, 1 drum and 1 thigh?nnI know that packing is incorrect. And shameless to say the least. As a person who's worked for KFC in the past. It's frustrating to have the knowledge of how each meal is packed right down to the type of pieces especially when I order and it's packed as described above, incorrect.nnCustomer service on this day was the best Ive ever received, because the person actually communicated during my order. And they checked my bag before handing it over dinner rolls were missed.nnNo one repeats the orders back, and the 'sighs' that follow when you ask for your order to be repeated can make one feel like an inconvenience it's part of customer service. can drinks are never offered with regular meals, automatically given post mix drinks.nnI'm completely aware that there are time standards that should be adhered to, but time standards are nothing without the right customer service. If customer service is on, time standards are on! They go hand in hand.nnNgā mihi.
