Today, the KFC team was excellent. I don’t remember the staff member’s name — I think it might have been Karla, though I’m not completely sure — but she was very helpful with my enquiry. The manager was also incredibly kind and truly impressive. I had stopped visiting this KFC last year because the customer service wasn’t great and the food wasn’t served hot. However, this time everything was timely, crispy, and hot. Thank you to the entire team I’ll start to back
Visited KFC Upper Hutt and, after trying to decide from their huge menu, I settled on the 15 Wicked Wings. Great choice!nnThe service was excellent. A young staff member named Clyde was friendly, helpful, and made the ordering process easy.nnThe Wicked Wings were cooked perfectly—crispy, full of flavour, and had a great spicy kick. The seasoned coating was delicious, and the chicken itself was juicy and tender.nnOverall, a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely recommend KFC Upper Hutt, especially if you’re a fan of the Wicked Wings!
Incredibly kind and patient staff, who keep calm when busy and always let me know when there will be a hold up. Restaurants are nicely kept, so are the toilets. If they aren't, the staff are always quick to clean. Drive thru is usually very quick too.
It was a Friday night and as busy as they are, I ordered through drive thru and they didn’t just rush through to take my orders, they took their time with it and genuinely wanted to hear what I had to say, I got my order, staff was lovely, I went back after because I forgot something, there was like heaps of orders on the screen but that one boy at the counter recognised I ordered something small and just got it out the way. Saved me 30 minutes, the family loved the food, thank you team!
The service at this restaurant was excellent. The chicken was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very approachable and friendly. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
