Terrible meal! If you are reading this the good news is you likely still have a choice. Find another option! Undercooked food combined with other courses not cooked anywhere close to order. This place likely only survives on passing tourist trade and UberEats. Discerning customers, actually, just customers - Recommend you stay away. Plus side - really friendly service.
Ordered lunch online and went to pick up to find the shop wasn’t open until dinner. Contacted through their form online and didn’t hear back so called them later that night. Provided proof of payment and my account details to have the money back in my account. This was over four months ago. I have emailed, contacted through their online forum and messaged on Facebook with absolutely nothing back. I am now living abroad so not able to continue chasing them up via phone. Absolutely hideous customer service. I will be contacting the commerce commission.
So bad! They seemed to think they were busy, although they didn't actually look that busy. Warned me that it would take 25 minutes, it took 30. However the worse part was that I ordered the gluten free option of rice noodles and found at least 3 Udon noodles mixed in. That level of sloppy cross contamination can make people really sick if they are Coeliac or are gluten sensitive and I should really take it back. But when it took that long, I really have no desire to go back out in the rain on a Friday night to sort it out.
Hopeless. Missing item in Uber Eats order. Also, ordered Chicken Nasi Goreng and paid for extra chicken. Arrived with about 4 tiny, thinly sliced pieces of chicken. Would have hated to see the result if I hadn’t ordered extra! Options were a store credit no thanks! or I could pick up the missing food in the order! Kind of defeats the purpose of paying to have your food delivered. I do not recommend. I’ve just eaten some curried rice with a few diced carrots in it!
Food takes a while but is normally pretty good, orders are mixed up quite often though and service is often below average. Their idea of busy is probably more like slow. Will come back for the food but have low expectations of the service. Make sure you check you got what you ordered before you leave!
Food is good. Prices are too high though. And constantly changing frequent visitor programme so any points accumulated are harder to redeem. Twice this has happened in the past few years here. Disappointing as just when you have enough for your discount or free noodle dish, they seem to switch the programme and you loose the points.
Bland Pad Thai. Not very nice needs more lemon and soy sauce the sauce did not have a classic Pad Thai taste too sweet. Expected more from Otto Woo. Taste is not right. Otto Woo used to be delicious. It was so yuck I could not eat my dinner.
Food is usually nice, but the service is always terrible. More often than not, they get the order wrong and I’ve even had them lose my order altogether. Delays happen when they aren’t even busy by takeaway standards. Very poorly trained staff and I won’t be giving them any more chances.
Good take away, lots of options. But they get their orders wrong and have bad quality control. Found chicken in my veggie dish once. And another time broken pieces of plastic. Have stopped ordering from here.
Hopeless. Food is OK, and a few years ago this place used to be pretty good, but now they're totally useless. Definitely avoid. When you phone up to order, it will always be wrong when you arrive. Don't even bother with ordering through the website - it doesn't work, if you order online they won't have any record of it when you arrive. Go get a pizza instead
