Quick service and great fries, one of the better fast food joints and unfortunately not many around...

Could have had more contemporary radio rather then what ever was playing on it. I saying that the serving staff were very friendly and Happy to explain the menu. With a heavy accent it took a while but I ordered a lb burger combo. Was quite dear compared to other take away places but well worth it. The burger was cooked to perfection. The lamb was moist and succulent not to much juices but not to dry. Fry's were crunchy and not burnt. Would have given more stars if the music was more to the environment and the place was a bit cleaner.

Understaffed. Meanwhile the working staffs doesn't seem to care there's a long queue out the door and was working in a very slow paste. Been almost 30min since I've ordered and I'm still waiting. Management is pretty useless. If you knew it's a public holiday with heaps of walk in customers. You shouldn't be on UberEats taking those orders

Food has deteriorated considerably over the years. Their signature spicy sauce tastes too oily and separated from itself. Chicken was dry with not enough sauce. Service was poor and the person taking the order was rushing us.

The quality of food at Oporto Mission Bay has really declined over the years. I ordered the Portuguese chicken box and honestly, the chicken was so dry no amount of chilli helped the flavour; the potato and gravy tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and my husbands burger patty was only slightly bigger than a Mc Donald's nugget. The place has been done up and looks great. Just wish the quality of the food was up to standard. Especially for the price!

Kaz us made fantastic burgers, I told her I didn't want it too spicy and she made it just right. Lovely personality and friendly a real credit to your company : Will be back!

Whoever was the manager at Oporto mission bay today was a c**k I called up to get a contact phone number for one of their branches as the phone number on their website doesn’t exists and he responded that he can’t help me because it’s gonna take too much of his time! How bloody rude is that sound! If I needed a phone number to make a phone ordered or an inquiry and this is what you get, what kind of service and business is this! Useless worker and call yourself a manager with no customer service experience. Your a joke!

Filthy. Broken tables. Food drowning in sauce. Half the menu not available. Chicken was dry. You'd get a better meal off the back of a dumpster. How is this place even allowed to exist?

I ordered the quarter chicken and spicy cheesy chips. It was terrible to say the least. Very oily and dry chicken. The service is pretty bad too. Big mistake coming here.

If there was a no star option I would had given no star then. BBQ wings is horrible, Oporto chicken has gone dry and over cooked. Would not recommend Mission Bay Oporto to anyone.
