Burger King

Ordered this burger tonight, it was not only cold but the patty itself was burnt, hard and dry. The chicken was drier then kfcs chicken breast pieces IYKYK. Never ordering from this place again. Whoever cooked this burger please don't work in the food industry, I don't know how you could cook that and serve it up.

4 staff, 5 customers in store, 2 in drive through. Stood and waited for 12 minutes. 8 minutes of that with the food under the lights. Asked for refund because the food sat out for so long. Refused. Rude and extremely slow. Oh, by the way, this was at 11am on Wednesday morning. Hate to see it at lunchtime. Never again!

Service really stands out here. Lovely people. Apparently you're allowed to get as much cheese as you want on a burger. I went for 7. Would highly recommend at your own risk of heart problems that is for a cheese lover such as myself, it's a dream burger come true. Meat was still hot enough to melt all the cheese too.Food: 5/5

i went to restaurant around 6:05 pm on 24 December. I got my meal BK chicken burger combo& chicken bites but they packed the food so badly they all the chips & bites out of box. I show it at counter & the guy said it nothing wrong you can eat it from bag.

There were no customers in the store and every single surface needed wiping down as they had food or split drink or rubbish on them. I wanted to sit in a booth so asked if they could wipe down any one of them. I watched them wipe the food from the table into the seat… then she expected me to sit in it… bathrooms are disgustingly sticky and there’s food all over the kitchen floor. Good luck dining here.

Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though. I've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners! Wait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. Loo needs an upgrade or makeover!

Have only ever got uber eats from here and without fail, every time the BK staff manage to mess up the order how can you screw up orders every time! Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh will never order food from here again

Sorry to give you a 1 rating and I hope this will help improve your service. Because tonight I had the worse burger out and it's not the first time. I thought I'd give this place another go after 3years and hoped that it'll be different tonight. I ordered 3 triple whopper combos with extra cheese and mayo, we got home there were no extra mayo or cheese and our burger buns were burnt It was late in the night to drive back and correct it, such a waste of money, time and taste buds. Please do your best when serving customers

Burger patty was cold in the middle. Dining area was a mess with litter scattered all over the tables from previous customers. Standard at this burger king has really dropped.

Lunch on a Friday, not very busy inside with a, few cars in the drive through. Our meal took a very long time, when ordering the woman wasn't very clear with her questions and when I realised what she meant, after seeing the bill, I corrected her, met with a rolling of the eyes, she begrudgingly changed it to what I wanted. The Coke no sugar had run out and mo other no sugar options were available, along with a very very long wait for the food, this store is performing below standards.
