the atmosphere is so cool, loads of things to look at, my sister and i had a lovely time looking at the different areas in the restaurant. the reason for the low stars was the food, my sister ordered ribs which were beyond dry, she said she enjoyed the chips. i ordered the coconut shrimp which was also so dry and the chips i had were cold. my sister and i are young and don’t feel confident enough to complain, however i was going to mention to one of the servers if they asked how the food was, but they didn’t. one of our servers was really lovely, the other however didn’t look or act like he wanted to be there. when we first arrived we were seated next to a family who were extremely loud, they were clearly drunk and were shouting and singing. i understand it’s a childrens restaurant and of course there will be noise, but i couldn’t hear my sister who was sat opposite me. i asked the server if we could move tables and they let us which was nice. it was slightly embarrassing having to carry our food to the new table but nothing can be done about that i guess. i know it’s not the restaurants fault that some of their guests were loud, but it added to an overall frustrating experience. i would not come here again, nor would i recommend this restaurant to anyone, it’s nice if you want to look at the atmosphere but if you’re coming for nice food, don’t bother. we left feeling disappointed in the food, staff and pricing, which was expensive but we knew it wouldn’t be cheap. we felt the prices didn’t match up to the quality of the food.
One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The atmosphere and the surroundings were really well thought out. The surprise of the thunderstorm.. amazing The food tasted beautiful, perfect temperature and well presented.
Awesome and extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond for our family by accommodating all our requests. The atmosphere was very family friendly with jungle themed props and the mini-aquarium that greets you when you enter the restaurant. However, it was let down by the food. The food was mediocre at best, normally I wouldn't have a problem with it if the prices were adjusted accordingly. But charging high end restaurant prices for food that was average at best is a let down.
This is the most amazing place I have ever been to! It looks like a real forest and give nature vibes. There are also very realistic animal and insect sounds just like you are in the forest. There are also animals just like in wildlife. Not real ones of course but hey! You can’t tell right There is also an aquarium right at the entrance. The food!!! So amazing. I would highly recommend! Visit here at least once in your lifetime.
It's a very interesting place with a lot of interest from the people visiting the Disneyland Village. I would say that it looks so unique and it's a great place to bring your family to visit. I've given 4 stars because of the food and price. The atmosphere is great, it even has a small show which really makes you feel like you're in a rainforest, the staff is extremely nice and young, the drinks cocktails are awesome, children get a kids menu which can be used as a coloring book you even get the pencils, but the food was a disappointment for the price. We ordered a good appetizer can't remember the name - some sort of an Adventure, it had tapas, cheese sticks, chicken nuggets and so on, but the burger was a huge mistake. It's basically a chicken burger with a piece of Avocado inside, without a sauce inside not even Mayo or Ketchup, and it cost 23 €, which is a lot. I've waited for that burger for 30 minutes. I would recommend to come here for a good time and amazing drinks, but be careful with the food.
Rainforest cafe is a must The restaurant was somewhere we wanted to dine at at our time at Disney We went for a early dinner 5.15 the restaurant wasn’t busy walked straight in and were seated given the long queues during half term We were greeted by the manager Scottish lady sorry I didn’t catch your name She was brilliant very professional and went above and beyond to see to our needs As I’m Simone who is only able to eat halal Food due to religious reasons she had spoken to the chef to see what my options were and came back with the details I had the roast chicken with coleslaw and chips instead of the ribs I was given extra portion of chicken The restaurant is a fun place for everyone loved the rainforest theme the kids loved the animal and we walked around to tick them off from our activity pack for the kids provided by the restaurant Honestly can’t thank you enough really enjoyed the food and service.
We waited 15 minutes to get seated. The waiters where friendly but seemed to be too few for the amount of guests. The food was okay but in my opinion very overpriced. The place utself is nice and there are loads of puppets in the rainforest like gorillas and elephants. There is a thunderstorm around every 20 minutes and they all move. Kid-friendliness: You get pencils and a kids menu to colorize. My 5 year old daughter got a pizza and liked it. Wheelchair accessibility: The whole place is plane and at the ground floor.
After seeing the long lines whilst walking around Disney Village each night with my families,we decided to join the line and tried the food out. Omg, the best tasting food ever. I love the elephant sound in the rain forest. If you're thinking of places to eat in Disneyland Paris, this is the place to eat. I would definitely recommend it.
Mediocre food but still probably one of the better options in the Disney village area. Some entertainment for kids in the decorations and overall very family friendly. Completely overpriced, as all other disney area restaurants. If you stay on Disney properties and didn't secure a dinner option in advance this can be something for you.
Came for dinner on our last day of Disneyland visit. Arrived around 6pm it wasn't that busy.Standart rainforest cafe atmosphere. Service and food were both good. Had beasty burger, fajitas combo, anaconda pasta, veggie bowl and plain pasta from kids menu. Also ice cream and Toblerone tart. Would recommend as an experience
