Food is ready quickly and consistently good at this location. Haven’t had one item missing since I have started coming here. Venue is also quite open and plenty of seating. Location is also very good being right in the middle of the mall.
We visited this today, it’s a fair bit bigger than it looks from the ground. Has indoor and outdoor seating in a balcony. Toilet facilities and a long play area for kids with different things they can do. My only gripe is that the only way up is an escalator and if you have a pram, or are in a wheelchair this would be quite difficult to access as we found today.
I ordered a double cheeseburger at McDonald's Queen Street restaurant 1514 on Wednesday 15 Dec 2021, at 15.10. The restaurant was not busy. Staff were standing around waiting for orders to be made. This is the quality and presentation of the burger given to me during a slow period. What has happened to presentation and standards? UPDATE: I visited this store a day or two later and ordered the same burger. The presentation was better this time around.
Classic maccas. The “restaurant” itself is pretty big and appeared to be relatively clean. The food was decent, same as all the other maccas food I’ve had. The service was pretty standard. Took a while to make / serve a McFlurry, so it was partially melted.
Friendly staff quick service. The best thing for this is it has huge space you can easily get sit doesn’t matter how busy it is. Peaceful environment quality burgers and coffee. They also got some muffins and sandwiches which is good if you looking for something extra for the breakfast. Usually a bit busy but there is no doubt service is quick. You can sit inside or outside at balcony if you want to view the queens street. Really enjoyed time here at Wednesday morning. Will be back for sure ,if you are around please visit and enjoy I am sure you won’t regret.
Their touch screen ordering system is non responsive. Only two staff on at breakfast. The sausage and egg McMuffin I was given was burnt to a crisp I nearly cracked a tooth on the hard dry bread. Dreadful experience.Food: 1/5
We came in late night 26.03.23 after a concert, a bit drunk and super hungry. The place was packed.. The staff on that night did an excellent job at getting meals out. All food was good and well put together considering Food: 5/5
nice place could be cleaner. The bins were over flowing & hard to find a clean table... The guys forgot the extra pickles on my big mac & the pickles on my son's cheese burger... they fixed it up, no problemsFood: 4/5
I went here on the weekend and really enjoyed it! i didn't go in but the playcenter looks quite impressive! Service was great and lovely atmosphere. And yes, there ice cream machine WAS working! Kid-friendliness: Very impressive playground!! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and I am still able to eat most things.
Quick service from a courteous staff. The best thing about this is that, no matter how crowded it is, you can easily find a seat thanks to the large space. quality coffee and burgers in a calm setting. If you're looking for something extra for breakfast, they also have muffins and sandwiches, which is good. Usually a little busy, but without a doubt, the service is prompt. If you want to watch the activity on Queens Street, you can sit inside or outside on the balcony.
