I was stuck in Nelson with my two children due to flights being cancelled and Omega cars were able to find a car at last minute for me to drive to Christchurch to take a replacement flight. The car was clean and drove well across country. Then upon arriving at Christchurch, we had incredible customer service helping us get to the domestic terminal after we’d dropped off the car. Great value for money would highly recommend.

I hired a small car in Nelson. It was very clean, very efficient and was easy to pick up and drop off. The team in Nelson were great to deal with.nMy only regret was i hired the car through webjet, including insurance. Next time i would hire direct with Omega, saving me the issue of insurance claims if anything did go wrong.nHire cars from them with confidence, they are lovely people there and support you in your holiday.

We recently hired a car for 2 days from the Nelson office.  We received efficient and courteous service and good value for money.  We have now used Omega rentals several times and would highly recommend them

Great service at the Nelson branch, reasonably priced and had the vehicle for 1 month with no issues.nThe reason for not giving 5 stars is I had to call on 2 occasions to clarify some parts of the contract, both times the staff weren't really helpful and couldn't help with any of my questions. Everyone at the branch themselves were very informative and helpful though. Would advise calling them directly if any support is needed.
