Omega staff were flexible and friendly. Due to the type of car I booked not being available, they managed to provide a suitable replacement vehicle and even when I had to change the return date, they accommodated that without any problem. Transport to and from the airport was straightforward and easy. Appreciate your service.

The ladies at Omega were friendly and efficient when we picked up/dropped off the rental car. We found the process easy and quick. The cost was reasonable and the car was great for the extended period we had it. We will be going back to Omega next time we are in Nelson.
Omega were wonderful pick up from airport was. Quick and car was great. The people that worked there were all cheerful and helpful. Would use them again. Great team .
Omega is top of the line, IMHO. Simple, reliable, supportive contracting, friendly staff, top notch cars for the narrow NZ highways. We had a great time in our 2021 Toyota Corolla! I totally recommend Omega for your journeys in NZ.
