Omega staff were flexible and friendly. Due to the type of car I booked not being available, they managed to provide a suitable replacement vehicle and even when I had to change the return date, they accommodated that without any problem. Transport to and from the airport was straightforward and easy. Appreciate your service.
The ladies at Omega were friendly and efficient when we picked up/dropped off the rental car. We found the process easy and quick. The cost was reasonable and the car was great for the extended period we had it. We will be going back to Omega next time we are in Nelson.
Omega was great service, picked us up from the airport was very clear on all the details, car was clean and just want I was expecting. Was great to be able to leave at Airport on return. would recommend, hassle free rental. thank you.
Apart from one initial grumpy phone person, my experience with Omega was excellent.nOriginally we hired 2 rental cars, but one family group had to change plans. Omega by email, phone and in Nelson took their crisis on board and Nelson staff member suggested the rest of us hire just the one car. I was able to change the insurance level, change the main driver add other drivers. The car was excellent too.
