Dropped off one-way hire rental car here that I had driven up from CHCH. Friendly service. Free shuttle service to airport if needed. NPD petrol station nearby. Handy location.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and good vehicle.
Great service in person, the car was ready and in great working order, shuttle ran to the airport within minutes of my turning up. Considering this was almost the cheapest option, I don't think I can fault this branch of Apex at all.
Overall, excellent car, great price and service. Pick up was easy although their system was down but they sent through an email later with necessary paperwork. The only missing star is for the cleanliness. The car we received was not clean at all both inside and outside.
I used Apex for the first time I. Around 10 years. Since that last time the vehicle fleet are much newer. My Corolla had 50k km and was 2 years old. The price was great, the car was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient and included a shuttle to the airport could walk in 10min. Will use again!
