It’s the staff that make Go rentals so good. They are friendly and efficient no matter which location I have used in NZ and Australia. On top of that the app makes booking and checking in super easy and fast. Great value for money too.
The online booking was easy, the staff made pick up and drop off easy and the car was lovely to drive. Additionally when I got home and at the airport found my own car key missing, a desperate call and a quick check by the staff located it and it was on the courier the same day. Excellent service and I am so impressed. Thank you!
Easy process with reasonable fees. Car was clean and in good condition. Perfect runabout for the weekend. Excellent service from the team who let us know we left a jacket in the vehicle after drop off. Really appreciated the call to collect it. It is worth noting that if you collect your car afterhours, you should expect a third party verification process of your identification to a picture taken on your phone at the time of verification. This data will be stored. I would have preferred to be aware of this at the time of booking
nnWe hired a day trip car at Go Rental Nelson Airport on Sunday, 20th October 2024, and the experience was fantastic! The staff, especially the Asian gentleman at the front desk, was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The car was clean and perfect for driving around the town. We will definitely return to Go Rental in the future. Highly recommended!
