I'm surprised to see the rating drop and the many recent negative reviews. My son has been learning to swim here for two years now, and not only has he grown more confident in the water and built better strength, but most importantly he genuinely enjoys every lesson.nMost instructors are very professional and kind - especially Taylor, who is always energetic and goes above and beyond in her classes.nHaving read through the recent feedback, I'd encourage management to take it openly and assess what can be done to improve the customer experience. For example, if there is any ambiguity around the unlimited lesson replacement policy, consider making the specific conditions clear at sign-up to avoid disputes down the line. Communications with customers are key, keeping them informed and checking in regularly can make a big difference.nGood luck!

My son Arad has been attending swimming lessons at Northern Arena, and we’ve had a fantastic experience—especially with instructor TY. TY is patient, encouraging, and very professional. He makes the lessons fun and easy to follow, which really helped Arad build confidence in the water. Arad really liked TY as his teacher and always looked forward to his classes. Thanks to TY’s great teaching, Arad has now progressed to the next level and started a new class today. We’re very grateful for the support and highly recommend TY and Northern Arena

Not recommended for disability swimming lessons at all, especially with your ASD child sorry parents you have to prepare they call you in the morning of the lesson day said the instructor is very sick and yes there is no replacement whatsoever so you have to explain to your ASD child we will change the plan for the day. I can’t explain how hard this going to be. Don’t judge me here please! Was appreciate with offer but end up with disappointment and frustration.

Love this gym . The instructors know what they are doing and are super keen to help if needed . The equipment range is slowly getting better too . It’s definitely an older persons gym , I would say majority are 40 plus . But all the members are respectful with the equipment, wipe everything down and put things away . There are lots of fantastic classes as well.

This was my first visit to Northern Arena.nFood can be bought onsite.nParking is a major head-ache & can get full.nThey have extended parking but this also fills up.nIts a bit of a walk if you don't find parking close by with the kids.nA place for the whole family.nWheelchair Friendly.nI don't find the front desk very approachable.nThey give you the feeling you bugging them when approaching.nn3 - STAR rating.
