At roughly 11:20am on the Friday after Boxing Day. I Went in to purchase an Apple Watch. Said to a younger Asian male staff member probably around 18 looked maybe Chinese with well Spoken English ‘Hi, I want to buy and Apple Watch’ he pointed to them and walked behind the counter and pulled out his phone and leaned back and scrolled through something. I was unsure if he was looking at stock or just what his unemployed friends that he should probably join were doing for the day.. I waited a little bit but I was in a hurry to meet someone. I walked over to the counter as his senior staff member older Indian lady gestured at him to help me. I just told him I was going to buy and Apple Watch from here but not anymore.nnWon’t ever go back and I am well known in the area. I will be recommending people to not shop there as well.nnStore was also a mess. Looked like a cash converters. Can see why NLG isn’t doing well.
How frustrating wanting to speak to the tariko storen1.the customer care called the store on my behalf Instead ? When I wanted to speak with the store myself.n2. Waiting on hold for 10 minutesn3. Without answers told me to call back Monday as no one could answer my question.nAgain I asked to be put through she said that she will speak to them .n4 I drove to the store in question 2 people in the storen5. Speaking with an chap who had little understanding of English but lack of product knowledge I noticed he did go out the back area but I'm guessing the arrogance within the same culture couldnt give to hoots it's not the chaps fault for the above its management and training and the person who does the employingnWhat ever happened to this store ,was brilliant they would know your name , the products and so well trained the services are so untidy nownBut I get the fact the person on the phone being of same culture speaking with the same chap with no knowledge flogging off till Monday and put into the way to hard basket or the lack of Interest from the back area.. fix my problem by going to the coffee company direct.nNo such thing as customer service , lol or blaming of covid , cause covid is old news now..
Great service received by Tyler. I went in to Tauriko store as it’s my local and asked for a price match on a microwave, Tyler did the sums and came up with an even better price, he was great to deal with. Thanks Tyler!
Great service by Davis after having to travel back from Rotorua as the Rotorua store were no help with a return/refund. Much appreciated
Well, I used to like shopping here but after picking up my order I was really put off. We walked into loud Indian music playing. If it was low and not being changed every minute, it wouldn't have bothered me.nKeep to music that is generic and everyone understands is my suggestion.
