Top-notch staff! I came in to look for a washing machine but didn’t have much knowledge about the products. I was assisted by Sony, who was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with his friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend him!
I bought a fridge/freezer and asked for it to be delivered/installed and the old one removed. I was really impressed with the delivery team's careful, friendly and smooth-running service. It was a bit of a tight fit in a couple of areas getting my fridge up the stairs but there was no drama from them, and their carefulness with my fridge and house was excellent and appreciated.
Easy enough to get to and has a decent amount of parking. Open til 5 which was great, there's a whole bunch of appliances and we went, got an iPhone 16e, and left within 15 minutes. That was super simple. Only thing is that it's sometimes difficult to get someone to assist
When I first moved to Tauranga I went to this store & ended up walking out several times due to multiple staff members talking amongst themselves & not bothering to serve customers - even when they were not busy. Then I was served by Simon - who is this store's absolute saving grace!! Simon is friendly without being pushy, he is exceptionally knowledgable about all the products & is really helpful. I am more than happy to wait until he is available rather than be served by others some with considerably less enthusiasm... My 5 stars are for Simon and his fantastic customer service - I do hope your managers realise what a huge asset you are to that store Simon! :
Rude staff only interested in helping their Indian friends. Finally got some help and the sales rep told me the wrong information and left without finishing helping. Waited to talk to someone again only to be told that the information he told us was wrong. Won’t be shopping here again.
