We have just been into Tauranga store and served by Chris. He was amazing. Such good Customer service.we have ever received in that store . We think he’s very worthy of a big Christmas bonus.
I am giving Noel Leeming a negative review for their service. I purchased a camera during their Black Friday sale on the 27th, but received a different price on the 28th. I find it hard to believe that Black Friday sales would involve different prices. This makes me think those promotional ads were a trap. I returned to the store to try and resolve the issue, but was treated rudely by manager Ben. His solution was to give me the price difference in the form of a gift card. I believe I paid with a regular bank card, so I don't need a gift card, and I don't plan to shop again anytime soon. However, the manager's arrogant attitude made me very dissatisfied. He turned and left, refusing to resolve the issue; his service attitude seemed worse than that of a new employee. It's hard to imagine that the manager of a well-known chain store provides such poor service. Then I asked them for their policy on refunding the price difference in a gift card, and he rudely told me to scan a QR code to learn more. I scanned the code and carefully read the terms of service; there was no clause stating that customers would receive a gift card for a price difference refund. This store has left me utterly disappointed, and as a resident of Tauranga, I am ashamed that a store provides such service.
I bought a fridge/freezer and asked for it to be delivered/installed and the old one removed. I was really impressed with the delivery team's careful, friendly and smooth-running service. It was a bit of a tight fit in a couple of areas getting my fridge up the stairs but there was no drama from them, and their carefulness with my fridge and house was excellent and appreciated.
Just had a recent poor experience with staff in this branch. I politely asked if I could get some assistance and she pretended to look for someone else who could help me but she went back to the till. Had I not approached her again, I would have waited in that section for ages. Very dismissive.
