During a sale we purchased an air fryer, due in store stock levels the model we chose was dispatched from the warehouse and delivered to our home. Prior to the unit arriving we had second thoughts about the model we had chosen. We called it to the store and explained the situation, not a problem we’ll sort things out when the unit arrives the assistant told us. The fryer arrived and we duly took in to the store for an exchange. What breath of fresh air it was no problem for the assistant to do the paperwork and exchange units. Thanks ladies and Briscoes for your excellent service.
I just wanted to share that I had a really good experience in your store recently. The staff were very efficient, and the cashier in particular was extremely helpful. It made the visit smooth and pleasant — much appreciated!
I was in this store yesterday to pick up my Click & Collect order being a Zip 5-cup rice cooker which is a reasonably small item. There was only one female checkout operator and I showed her my order number and she said I would need to wait a little bit for another staff member to get the item for me, then she used the store speaker to announce to her colleagues that there’s a Click & Collect order to be picked up from the store room or whatever area they store them in for a customer waiting ie. me. So I moved backwards and wait, I watched as this checkout operator served two more customers and I have been waiting for three minutes from 1.58 pm – 2.01 pm which seems to be a long time for a Click & Collect order. There was another female staff member nearby who heard the announcement, she was stocking the shelf/displays and she said she would get the item for me but in the end this person seemed to be assisting another customer! I was not impressed by how long this took for a staff member to get my order for me, I noticed that behind the checkouts there are cabinets in which some Click & Collect items are stored in, but my Zip rice cooker unfortunately was not placed there for some reason. And at 2.01pm finally another staff member came out with my Zip rice cooker. It would have been quicker for me to get the item from the shelf and go through the checkout as per the normal process as this transaction would have been completed in less than one minute, instead of waiting for three minutes! I was not impressed, as there seems to be no sense of urgency or maybe they were lacking staff? Maybe this Click & Collect process needs to be reviewed!
Excellent Customer Service at Briscoes.nnI recently went to Briscoes to replace my Nutribullet blender, which had stopped working. While looking for a replacement, I found the McLeren version, which was $10 more. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with the replacement at no extra cost. Their service was friendly, efficient, and hassle-free. I really appreciate the great customer support and will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend
If i could give 0 stars i would. I purchased a knife set and when i got home one knife was missing. I called briscoes TGA 8 times and no answer. That is fine as it was over easter so i sent an email and they said they would be with me within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and i still haven’t heard anything. I sent another email and still nothing. I have also called every day multiple times at different times of the day from Monday- today Saturday and still nothing answer at all. Really bad service…..
