Terrible online customer service. I know that doesnt directly relate to the Tauranga store, but I ordered items online and did not receive the correct items. I emailed about it and got a response about a week later telling me to wait while they contact their suppliers. It's been a month and a half, and I have sent another email or 2, yet they've gone silent and no replies further. Buy in store if you intend on shopping at Briscoes.
Late night shopping one person on the till while a line forms around the back. Ask another staff member if anyone can help the poor young lad and her reply was no sorry its late night shopping as she’s stocking the bulk bins?? Right so stacking the bulk bin is more important than serving the customers waiting
Unfortunately their Click and Collect system is in serious need of a review. There would have been at least 5 or 6 customers all waiting for their product today and nobody really seemed to know what was going on.nClearly a review of the system is needed - it doesn't seem complicated, yet they seemed to struggle with it.
Recently went in to return an item and the manager came out to check what I wanted to return. 0 people skills, didn't talk to me during her inspection then became rude and argumentative. She had no clue what she was talking about. If you want to hire managers for your store make sure they can string a sentence together properly and give better customer service
Just a good Store!! I am from Germany and prices are very fair. Just Bought one blanket two towels and one storage box for 55 Dollars
