Very disappointed with my experience at Briscoes today.nI returned a set of knives that had developed rust despite being sold with a 5-year warranty. Rather than listening to my concerns or properly assessing the product, the customer service representative immediately blamed me and claimed that I must not have dried the knives properly.nThis was unprofessional and unfair. A warranty claim should be investigated, not dismissed by assuming the customer is at fault. I expected much better customer service and support from Briscoes.nI left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on this experience, I would think twice before purchasing similar products from Briscoes again
Excellent place to Shop. They have Amazing Specials on all the Time. Staff are Friendly an Helpful. Great Selection of Items for all your Household needs an wants! Relatively easy to find what you are looking for an if you can not find someone is always willing to help you and with a Smile too If you Join the Briscoes Club you can get even more of a Discount on your Purchased items. They also have Online purchasing an do Click n Collect service aswell.. Situated in a Shopping Centre with numerous other shops around. Plenty of parking spaces. Even a Noodle canteen opposite incase you get peckish while out shopping lol Highly recommend shopping here. Cheers
Got A bed set not many double options but best off to get A Queen set.. Lady was very helpful picking out Bed set for us though we were running late
Terrible online customer service. I know that doesnt directly relate to the Tauranga store, but I ordered items online and did not receive the correct items. I emailed about it and got a response about a week later telling me to wait while they contact their suppliers. It's been a month and a half, and I have sent another email or 2, yet they've gone silent and no replies further. Buy in store if you intend on shopping at Briscoes.
