I visited the Looksharp store on Sunday and was impressed by the wide variety of products. What stood out even more was the excellent customer service. A young girl, possibly named Ocean as I saw on the screen on the counter but I am not too sure, gave me the best service I’ve had in a long time—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding the right costume for my party. Her calm and positive attitude made my shopping experience great. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Looksharp!
I bought a costume for a party the other day, which completely fell apart after just a couple hours of wearing it. I had to resort to safety pins just to keep it going, and in the end even that wasn’t enough. When I took it back the next day to complain I was told that as I had worn it I was not entitled to any remedy, not even a replacement, even though it had fallen apart while wearing it. This went against the returns process stated on their website. Also, apparently costumes are considered single use items, although this is not stated anywhere. It would have been nice if I even managed to get the single use out mine! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your costumes, but if you do buy one take a change of clothes, because you’ll need it mid party!
Have shopped regularly for the last few years at this store but after today never again. I have never encountered such difficult unreasonable staff, 2 people claiming to be the manager and another staff member laughing in the background all over a simple request to exchange a small item for a different size. Absolutely disgusting service with no common sense. In fairness they provide a good product range but staff need major training in customer relations. Very upsetting experience.
One stop shop for a wide selection of decorations for all spevial events and more at such affordable prices. The cheapest place in tauranga to have helium balloons blowen up too.
Great shop with lots of outfits for kids parties, Halloween or school needs.
