I am a bit disappointed that they wouldn’t see my seven year old son in person, who was unwell and Covid positive. They said to me that they wouldn’t receive Covid positive patients, even though we were registered with them. This seems like a really unfair and outdated policy.nWe were offered a phone consult, but by the time we had the appointment, he was very unwell. They were still unable to see him and referred us to the after hours clinic. This delayed his care for hours.nWhen we explained this at the ED, they were very concerned to hear this.

I have been with them for over 20 years and will never go anywhere else. Dr D is the most incredible GP. Caring, compassionate, and goes over and above for his patients.

I have been a patient at Ngaio Medical for a number of years. I have been seen by multiple doctors. Each time I have been treated with respect, heard and had a positive outcome. My GP is Dr Carla Rockel and she is absolutely fantastic!! Short wait times for appointments and a wonderful and caring reception crew. Highly recommend.

I disagree with some of the negative reviews. Called them after a COVID scare and despite probably being hugely stressed and busy, all the staff I was in contact with including Lizzy were super accomodating and even went out of their way to get me a better appointment. All the doctors are really friendly and professional and I've never had a problem with the receptionists. I don't think their admittedly small carpark reflects at all on their service. Bartletts love you all.

I go there because at least 1 of their doctors is friendly & interested in me as a person & not just in my perceived symptoms. Everything else about the centre is good except that their off street parking Is occasionally not available. Although I only gave a 4 star rating, in actual fact I think they deserve at least a 90% rating. One other slight annoyance:- U can,t leave a voice mail request for an appoinment outside of business hours AND their prerecorded mag does NOT give their opening hours. Presently 8am on weekdays is the earliest that you can ring them.
