Really recommend this practice. Staff took time to follow up on requests, are considered and listen. Felt like the Dr I see cares about my health and doing a thorough job eg, unusual test result, will do a follow up test next appointment, will double check for most appropriate medication if more than one option available. Takes the time to explain treatment process with me. Practice overall, seems to have a good culture re providing medical services.
Linda is an exceptional receptionist, so lovely and always a helping hand. She made my experience enrolling at Newlands Medical such a bliss and super easy.

I visited Newlands Medical Centre whilst on holiday from Australia in December. I needed somewhat urgent medical attention that would have warranted a trip to hospital but I was travelling solo and didn’t know what to do or where to go in that moment. The staff were very helpful, really looked after me and spent a lot of time reassuring me and making sure I was going to be alright for the rest of my trip. The experience far exceeded any private or public GP experience I have had in Australia.
Money making machine that doesn't care about your health - if you've got a simple cold or something along those lines it's perfectly fine but if you have serious health issues run for the hills. Watch out for Dr. Duncan this guy shouldnt even be a medical professional - my partner was suffering from hemiroids which eventually turned into chronic hemiroids due to this doctors negligence and poor diagnoses resulting in the actual issue not being addressed - it took a long time to work out he had hemiroids when it should have just taken a single visit and because of this my partner eventually had to get operated on a year and a half later when that could have been avoided if he was diagnosed correctly at the start. Not only did he give him garbage diagnoses. He told him to stop putting things up his bum when he hasn't been. Who says that to someone suffering from hemiroids? He's been in and out of this place with little to no help and eventually we had to get help from a different doctor not based here . I've watched my partners mental health deteroiate over the past 2 years due to this medical center screwing him around and it makes me so angry. That's all on Dr Duncan
