Needed a heat pump service ahead of the winter months - we were booked in just a few days after the initial emailed query, had a lovely technician visit and complete the service, as well as advise us of the overall condition of the unit and fix an issue that had been causing the unit to overheat the room. Well worth the service cost for us.

We have had such a great experience with the team at Hot Chilly. We ordered a heatpump and air curtain. We were advised a ETA and as it was it came a week earlier. They installed both and noticed that our electric board was non compliant....they went ahead and fixed this issue and didn't charge us a cent extra. Great team, great follow up and great yo deal with.
