Kindly update the website and the signages saying OPEN 24 HOURS. Went there for the 1st time, 8PM on a rainy day just to find out it's CLOSE.

Better experience compared to Johnsonville store. On average, not too busy. Great for a temporary measure if your washer is broken! Corner store next door has a good variety to keep you entertained whilst you wait.

You claim to have dedicated pet machines but they aren’t stated as so. As such dog grooming places use them and then we go to put normal clothes in and they covered with fur and smell so bad. I use liquid laundromat often so please fix this. I too would use the dedicated pet washer, I’m not saying don’t have one. Just have one for only these things. The extra large washers at mark ave say it will wash 4 mink blankets/duvets. Nothing about pets.

Good number of dryers but for some reason they are still using the old style plastic key to pay for laundry whereas other ones are using the card. Having been used to the ones in Johnsonville with cards I tried to add 5 minutes extra drying but inserting the key again and it charged me for a further 25 minutes. That was very annoying.
