Staff are friendly and helpful. The aisles are clear of trollies and room to move which is important to me as I am disabled. Shelves are kept topped up.

Love new world. Always a good selection of goods and fresh produce. Helpful staff and always a bargain to be had.

People are great but management needs to get night packers back in as shelves are half empty and place should be well stocked when opens in the morning.

This establishment holds many dare food items to my homeland. The beloved crumpet for example. They have the coveted tea that always reminds me of the days where I'd ravage lands and colonize their countries. The nostalgia makes me believe this deserves a 4/5 on places id colonize

Convenient for locals butcomes at a significant price... Ripoff prices... Better to travel to Pukekohe until some competitor comes to Waiuku!

Very tidy supermarket and friendly staff gave it 4 stars as some products only seem to get stocked very infrequently as in, takes more than a month. Also high staff turnover so I don't think the staff enjoy working there.

The staff are really helpful, stock is quite hit and miss at times with out of stock advertised specials n they're relaying the shelves and stock is missing and hard to find n prices have gone up heaps I think the prices go up and the item goes on special and isn't always a great saving n when items are on special and out of stock they overface with a similar item as happened last week with crumbled squid rings there was no product for the special and also no ticket for the overfaced product which was a lot higher price... they need to address such issues with their staff...

Best supermarket in Waiuku. Better than Supervalue by far. Seriously don't go to Supervalue. New World's selection of Monster Energy is good in the morning. But in the afternoon most of them are gone.

Nice friendly helpful staff clean tidy and well stocked shelves new owners public toilet available if needed lots of trolleys big and small usually ready to go calculator provided if needed from Lotto counter have shopped there for many years highlyrecommend plenty of parking with child park and wheel chair access.
