New World Stonefields

I came earlier this week and i had to park all the way in the very back of the parking lot and it was pouring rain with my kids and baby stroller. As i approached the main entrance I saw one of your new world staff got out of their parked car on the ‘Family Parking’. It was a silver LDV T60 UTE. I did not get a plate number but the audacity of staff stealing the family parking. Very unacceptable and I was genuinely very pissed and your staff prioritises family parking to staff. When I got to the checkout the same staff that parked in the family parking was my packer. On her name tag says ROSHINI. She never greeted me, never looked at me, never said thank you. Very loud chatting with another supervisor. Laughing and giggling. Is this the type of people you hire? My recent encounter with customer service at this supermarket was disappointing. Roshini appeared disinterested and unhelpful, making it challenging to get assistance when needed. Witnessing majority of the checkouts did not have a packer and the staff with checkered shirts were all laughing and giggling together at the self checkout just really made my blood boil. I placed my concern on the friendly checkout staff and she mentioned that this happens all the time. This store needs to do better. Moreover, the other supervisor was unfriendly and showed a lack of courtesy during the checkout process. It's disheartening when basic expectations of a pleasant shopping experience are not met, and the indifferent attitude of the supermarket's staff left me with a negative impression of their customer service. Time to change supermarkets. The check out staff are disinterested at best and mostly wanting to chat amongst themselves. On rare occasions during the week when there is someone packing, all my vegetables and bread get thrown in the bag together and squashed! After years of coming here i’m a bit fed up with the unfriendly service at the front desk and check out. It really has gone downhill. The only bright side are a few of the older gentlemen who work in the produce section who are unfailingly courteous and friendly.

I came into this store today and as I was leaving staff member, Mark noticed I had a lot to carry and a little boy and offered to help take my things to my car - which was parked in the next block! He insisted on helping and walked with my groceries all the way there. Incredibly kind customer care that deserves recognition, we need more Marks in the world. Thanks again!

Nice supermarket and always find the staff friendly at the checkouts. Plenty of parking and a good range of products on the shelf. Also a special mention and thanks to New World Stonefields for supporting our rowing club fundraising efforts as well.

The perfect blue-print for what a supermarket should look like. Spacious, delightful ambience, and a fantastic range of food and beverage. Ah New World. Very nice place to shop. The whole shop is bright and vibrant. Tidy and well organise display cabinets. Fantastic deli range. My favourite spot is the bakery. The cake, muffins, maroons and donuts are to die floor. Staff are friendly. Obviously it come with a price. Cost are higher compare to Pak N Save

Really good supermarket. Not entirely convinced about there pricing policy but pretty good selection. Always seems clean good staff and service. Lotto counter can get jammed if the staff are making coffees.

Time to change supermarkets. Been weekly customers for more than 5 years and NW Stonefields have been progressively getting worse: 1. There are always items out of stock. 2. Meat selection much poorer than it used to be e.g. turkey mince just disappeared all of a sudden, venison selection is shrinking. 3. Veges' freshness and selection always been poor. 4. Whenever you pick up a bag of organic fruit it wouldn't scan at the checkout and manager has to run to the shelves to check the price. You'd think they would fix this but no, still the same every week. People in the queue can wait. We've been to various supermarkets around Auckland and the country and most of them don't have these issues. Generally frontline staff are friendly and helpful but they are being let down by the management

One of the best! We like this branch as it looks so new - although it’s been there for 4 years. All the facilities are well maintained. I must say their prices aren’t the lowest but you do have much more choices with great ranges of goods from Europe and North America. Their services are the best. This store is much larger than Eastridge and Remuera store.

Busy, but quiet! Plenty of room. I heard a shopper asking for directions, the worker went out of way to guide. Everything I needed was easy to find! Good specials
