I hope Woolworths read this, I had incredible customer service from Deepa we went there to purchase my favorite Avalanche coffee alas even though Google shopping said it was in stock we couldn't find it, she was incredible and helped us locate it I ended up get 20 boxes and she did it with a lovely smile on her face. I ended up so impressed I will definitely shop there again. Thanks Deepa
The store itself is clean and tidy but the places they have their products are everywhere. Where I expected to find orange juice, with other cooled items I eventually found in a tiny little fridge near where you enter. Close by fruit and veg!! Very disjointed in my opinion. First time there as the road was backed up because of road works and I couldn't get to Pak n save.
Nice big countdown store wheelchair accessibility well set out clean and tidy nothing spectacular standing out. Just happy finding my products I was after. Open 7 days 7 am / 10pm
Go at the right time and you can buy some great yellow sticker bargains. During our 8 week visit to New Zealand we could have filled a freezer with good cut price food
Really nice Countdown, I usually pop in for a few items. Helpful staff too, I would give this a 5 Star rating but they seem to always be out of stock of their spring rolls which is why I'm usually in there so I head to the Mount Wellington branch instead.
Since I've shifted to this area , this supermarket has been great and close to my place.
This would have to be the most pitiful shopping experience I've had at a Countdown. The veg dept was as good as empty at 12pm on a Sunday.
Lots of options available. One can find almost everything. Well organized. All the staff members are kind and helpful.
It's very nice and clean, easy to find what I wanted and the staff was very helpful to go out of her way to call a taxi for me. Just after she called a taxi, my relative arrived to pick me up. I went back inside and asked her to please cancel the taxi, and she did it without any problem. She is an Indian lady, kinda short, and I want to use this platform to reach out to her to say thank you. Keep up with the great work you are doing
Staff are great, they have item's that my local may not have
