Full very quickly.nThe staff are very lovely. And the food portion are pretty generous.nThe only bad point was the coffee for me, it was good but even after asking very flat for my flatwhite, I had a latte.. i was feeling pretty bad to bother the staff who were already busy. And also the milk for oat was more hot so It kinda killed the flavor.nOther than that it was very lovely
There’s always a wait for a table but it is well worth it.nThe food is outstanding. Fresh, nutritious, and easily adapted to suit my keto lifestyle.nIt’s great value for money, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is the bomb!nnThanks so much team, will definitely be back.
This place was packed for breakfast which is always a good sign in my book We had to wait five minutes for a table, which was not a problem. The coffee was alright. The chili scrambled eggs with salmon was alright. The spice was good. For food, coffee and an orange juice, I paid $40.
On weekends there is always a queue, which eventually piqued my curiosity! Following a 30 minute wait, we got a seat at the cramped window bar table. It wasn’t worth the hype. The food and coffee was good following another half hour wait. However, unfortunately, Neo just isn’t able to cater to the crowds it attracts.
4.5 starsnLocated centrally in the shopping district, Neo Cafe & Eatery is undeniably popular. However staff ensure queues move quickly and coffee, made on locally roasted Coffee Supreme beans, arrives quickly. A cappuccino NZ$5.50 shows robust flavour and bitterness. Perched up by the window, it’s an enjoyable spot to kick back and let the bustle of pass by.nnFrom a two-page menu of breakfast and lunch options, supplemented by a daily special, the chilli scrambled eggs NZ$20 jump out. It’s an attractively arranged plate of tenderly cooked scrambled eggs on sourdough garnished with tomato chilli jam, feta, crispy shallots and chipotle powder. Streaky bacon NZ$7.50 is an optional add-on, served on the crisper side of cooked. The pastry counter also holds some joy, including more good-looking cheese scones.
