Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel

Wow, just wow. I haven't stayed in many hotels in my life but this has topped my expectations. We stayed in an Oasis room and received a bottle of red or white wine of our choice on arrival. When getting the keys to our room, we were told that everything in the mini bar and fridge were complimentary which was so lovely. Not only that, but it came with all the finest touches such as shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash, body lotion in the bathroom, along with a small pack that had toothbrushes and other bathroom accessories to make you feel fresh and rejuvenated. There was a shower steamer cube and bath salts, like literally everything you could have needed, it was there. Such a beautiful stay, although short - it will be remembered. Thank you to Zayne who checked us in early at no cost and was lovely through the whole check in process.

Upon check in, I confirmed my reservation, and was given a room that wasn't shown on the map. With narrow hallways and a full luggage dolly it made it frustrating to navigate. After finding it, we went to go crash on the bed. It was rock hard. Like cardboard rock hard. Tried ringing the front desk, no answer. For a high end hotel they sure lack high-end finishes. We went to the pool only to find out they don't heat it up. No extra towels available either. We went to go order in room dining only to find out half the items weren't available. Upon check out it was smooth until they called almost a month later to say I never provided my credit card upon check in absolutely not true and that I needed to pay for extra charges that were charged to the room. I asked for some time to verify this information and would get back them. wanted to make sure I wasn't being scammed I then received and emailed from them saying I wasn't cooperative and they would go to a higher authority. A week later I finally received a proper receipt outlining these charges. Things have been since sorted out but I cannot warm people enough about the bad service, rock hard beds, and lack of dine in options. This hotel isn't worth the price.

Naumi Hotel at Auckland Airport is my new favorite stop over for a rest prior to early international flights. Look at the cute tote they gave out on a recent and incredibly priced room special. Rooms are unique and comfortable. Service is good. We ordered BBQ ribs through room service, and washed them down with their complimentary bottle of wine. Very nice! Fences still give off a bit of PTSD MIQ vibe, but otherwise a great choice out of all the airport hotels.

The hotel is a budget hotel.. rooms are ok but the hotel smells like too much cleaner has been used... $300 where put on the credit card and deducted for 'security payment'... still after 5 days no refund on the credit card... nice money maker for them! did not budge even for a returned customer of many times...Rooms: 4/5

Lovely place with a nice restaurant on-site. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite a system issue which was addressed immediately, we enjoyed our very short stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.Rooms: 4/5

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel after reading some reviews. Good location, lovely grounds, large rooms, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, friendly helpful staff, yellow shuttle to airport $8, parking, restaurant. Only negative is that they took $100 credit card bond and processed it and have not refunded the amount and its been 11 days and no reply to my email. Rooms: Large , comfortable beds

We have used Naumi Auckland twice. Our recent stay was 1 week ago where our previous hotel was a disaster it was to unsafe to stay in, luckily naumi had spare rooms. We went from 0 to 100 when we walked in to Naumi. * I was suprised at how nice it smelt right from reception through to our room there was a pleasent smell. * We had the Habitat room. It was beautiful and simple with great bath amenities like tooth brushes, shavers, shower cap, comb and more. * Beds in the habitat room were a bit firm. But still comfy. * On arrival we got a free bottle of wine and the staff were amazing when we requested a few extras in our room. * We had free lollies by the bar and a bonus of free snacks and drinks in our room which every guest get i think this just makes it even more inviting. * Free parking * Easy check in & check out * Location was near the airport * Hotel was really easy to find and was easy to get back on to the motorway as well which is a bonus if your not use to roads like Auckland * Free wifi and easy to connect * Naumi is directly next to the alcohol shop and a convenience store great if staying longer Overall id recommend staying here

We paid a much higher price than if we had booked with the hotel, so definitely book direct for your stay. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very friendly cleaning staff. Parking provided. They do take a 100 dollar a night room bond which takes 2-7 days to return which we have not struck in a long time as if you prepay it is usually a credit card hold for the room. The corridors are noisy at night, but ear plugs are provided. Rooms are a bit outdated so therefore definitely book direct for a better price.

Customer service = 0 Made a booking in person with reception. Our insurance was paying for the booking. So I didn't want book online. Showed the receptionist the online rate for two nights she said that's fine. She asked which bed we would like, gave us two options. Two queen beds or a king. I said king. She said this was a different room. I asked about a price difference. Came back basically the same. Booked it and gave them my credit card details. Returned later in the day to check in only to find the receptionist had quoted the day rate instead of the total. Some $350+ difference. They had none if the rooms left at the lower price and the manager refused to match the original rate in an available room. Left is high and dry at 4.30pm to find other accommodation. Further more accused me of getting the information incorrect.
