Kiwi International Airport Hotel

Room is spacious for the price. Staff were very helpful with the check in and check out. Free shuttle service to airport was the best part for me.Rooms: 5/5

Very bad motel. We booked online, but the room was already gone upon our arrival. The man at the desk assured us he would cancel that and we would not be charged. We were charged anyway. The booking site and ourselves were unable to contact the hotel neither via email nor phone. They refused the refund upon request of the booking site. So essentially they got paid twice for one room for one night and refuse to return money for a service they never provided. In my books that is called stealing. The guy behind the desk really tricked us: He knew exactly he was going to take the money for the room he never provided, we had to go and find accommodation elsewhere at 9pm with a family. Shocking service. Definitely not in line with the consumer rights act. Surely, this is not legal. Minus one star i reckon. I wonder how often they do the same to others.

Honestly you would have to pay me to stay there again. Pretty sure the bugs on the fridge door had a better time. Stained sheets!!! Hole in the wall, 2 towels for 3 people,wet glasses in the fridge. The sounds of kids running around was a bonus, especially when you're trying to sleep. Very noisey place. Did like the fact the aircon worked as it would have been rather stuffy.. The price i paid for 1 night was day light robbery..

Considering the price $89 at such a short notice, it was better than I expected! It can accommodate 3 people as well since it had a double bed and a single bed. There was body wash and shampoo and hand wash is provided. Was impressed there was body lotion even, quite nice in my opinion . It is quite old but at least the room and bathroom was nice and clean. The room was spacious and have air con. Was gonna give it a five stars but one of our tea cup was quite gross with tea stains or something like that, but nothing a boiling water cannot fix haha. Considering the price it was quite a nice stay! P. S. The Yellow Bus is a hotel shuttle bus comes to this place too! it picks up people around differnt hotels Just remember to get a ticket from the counter so u can board We didn't know and the bus driver had to go in and get it for a bunch of us hahaha

The people were so nice. The food was amazing. The yard outside the room was perfect to play and generally an awesome experience. We missed our flight so we are so glad to find a hotel affordable and nice quality. 10/10

Great little room, in between flights, no frills, could do with a bit of an update, but you get what you pay for, $120 for one night. In the lamps are usb ports and international plugs which is a great feature. Quiet surrounds and the restaurant food smelt delicious. Hire car was safe in the car park. Check in was effortless, as was check out, staff were friendly, hospitable and smiley. Would recommend if you need to be close to the airport, defs would stay again. Rooms: Big comfortable bed, nice pillows. Bathroom was good, shower pressure great. Windows open, and also has air conditioning. TV was fine. In the lamps are the usb ports and international plugs which is a great feature. Safety: Felt very safe. Food & drinks: In room has tea and coffee with electric jig available.

This hotel needs urgent investment by its owners. Carpet in our room had multiple stains, some of the bedside lamps would not work. The older man on reception when we arrived was barely helpful. The restaurant staff and food was comparatively nice and very good Indian food. The man on check out was lovely and I was impressed how he helped an elderly lady to her bus. But a total rip off for what we paid. Only went because we were shut out of other airport hotels as they were full. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I feel future customers should be aware.

Stayed here a few nights recently. Our rooms Iron and ironing board were both broken, the bottles of body wash and shampoo were both empty, the aircon unit had all the power of a plug in desk fan. Worst of all the doors didn't appear to catch and lock very well. Both our door and others we passed in the halls were open. On the plus side the bed was comfy and it's close to the airport

A sorry excuse for a hotel. Rooms very tired, not the tidy fresh rooms you see in the photos. Very unclean too, hairs all throughout the bathroom, stains on the walls and floor, and a leaky shower which soaks into the bedroom floor. To make matters worse, the smoke alarm had no battery, and was 8 years expired. The lack of interest by staff was appalling, they clearly do no care for their guests. The manager himself did not take my complaints seriously, and a follow up after my stay had no response. Clearly cutting corners at the guests’ expense. Avoid this place at all costs, along with any other VR hotel properties.

Never, ever again! First room I was put into, the door didn't close properly and the walls in corner of room had rotted away. Shower was unclean, in fact whole room felt unclean. Moved to another room, no toilet paper, 1 towel, no tea/coffee, shower was unclean, sheets were dirty. No lift to second floor of hotel so you had to carry suitcases up/downstairs to which alot of people complained about. Definitely did not have a good night's sleep here and could not wait for daybreak to get outta there. I would not recommend to anyone. The place charges exorbitant prices for unclean accommodation.
