Midnight Espresso

What can I say about midnight espresso? It's a Wellington classic been around for years. It's always nice to be able to grab a coffee at an odd hour in the evening and especially when you're feeling in need of perk up. You start off a really friendly, engaging, nice. Have a bit of a chat when it's been a while since it's been in town. Coffee was good food though. Most everything is vegan and I'm not particularly fond of that really. Bit dry and odd flavour but cool vibes in the cafe. Worth checking out nonetheless.

A cozzy place located with a street view. Can accommodate few number of small groups. Atmosphere and wall arts are attractive. I love the arrangements: They had a menu with a wide variety of choises. The prices seemed reasonable too. We went to have a flat white. It was good. The place was busy since lots of people coming. So bit of a rush when dining in.

Love this cafe!. Always friendly, great vibe, good food, lots to choice from. Thank you for being dog friendly. It’s so nice to have a place to go to in the city where you can eat and not have to sit outside with your dog on a cold and rainy day in welly. So thanx again it meant a lot to us to be welcomed. Your Dog must on lead of course

Nacho flavor out of this world. Large size the move. Audible sighs from us both. Wowza. Two very happy vegans but there are options for all! Reasonable prices for lovely portions. Kitchen staff friendly and happy to hear it was thoroughly enjoyed. Up front staff kind and swift. Stellar music and ambiance adding to the Cuba street people watching.

Searched for a good cafe, menu looked amazing but man was the food a let down. Nothing was seasoned eggs were dry and the toast had no butter felt like I was eating at boarding school again. Did have an amazing milkshake though! Wouldn’t recommend big let down for someone travelling around Wellington city. And for the service it needs to be worked on no communication skills at all our plates were taken back and fourth due to our orders being messed up.

When I walked by I thought to myself "dang this place looks freakin cool" the staff were quick and friendly. The music was great. The interior has a cool vibe. If I lived in Wellington, I would come here frequently.Food: 5/5

Food was fantastic! It was slow to come out, however it was understandable. I could tell the staff were hustling to keep up with how busy the place was, and honestly. Seemed understaffed and run off their feet. In saying that though they took whatever opportunity presented itself to clean what they could, and keeping a friendly attitude despite the volume of customers. Awesome stuff, guys.

So much to love here! All the "D/G free" and began options. Delicious hot chocolate! Art was amazing!Food: 5/5

Kind of expensive but the atmosphere is great and so is the food. Went for breakfast but I’d imagine the quality would be just as good any time of the day!

The best Coffee in Cuba st. Love the lot's of positive energy from the staff members. The artistic interior design is very good for the total experience. I really recommend this place for a visit with friends and family. Cheers
