"A huge open space, accessible by a number of streets with the main entrance being Michaels Avenue. This reserve has it's own wetland area to the north of the park with an interesting array of flora, fauna and wild life.Caters for cricket and soccer, and is home to the Ellerslie Recreation Centre and a number of smaller leased facilities."

Great Reserve and walking park, also for runners and the moms with prams lol! Dogs have great fun with so much space to play. Definitely a favorite
Such a nice reserve consisting of multiple sports fields and a walking path around these. The pond is tranquil with the wildlife doing there thing. Swings hang from the trees and if you look closely you might just see some fairies around the trees. Totally family friendly with a play park for the young and older that are young at heart. Exercise equipment are spread along the walking path for those that are fitter than me. Lol. YMCA, indoor gym and courts are on site along with a Daycare Centre. Shops are also close by.
A convenient medium size all in one sport and venue hire community center. Has a intermediate size indoor sport stadium, outdoor sport group and play ground for small kids and parking space.
Great local park with a playground and exercise stations spaced around the park
Great park with massive fields, club and reserve. Weekends always have games to watch. Heaps of benches for spectators. Highlight of the park is the pond with heaps of birds - ducks & pukekos. The wetlands have picnic spots and info as well. Reserve has a big parking lots and on street parking available all around as well
Lovely playground with older and new bits. Plus a lovely little reserve with lots of bird life.
Very nice grounds. Well maintained & beautifully set out but it's obvious issues are the overwhelming lack of car parks. Considering it's home to a well supported football club, with lots of children's teams, there's a serious problem with the lack of carparks. And the design of the one designated area is an absolute nightmare, no visible signage of which direction to go through this looped car park. I saw too many near-collisions due to the confusion of this carpark. Auckland Council need to up there game for this well utilized ground, for the sake & safety of everyone who comes here.
Good place to do some exercise but they are deforesting a lot, to build more soccer and criquet fields.
Great place for fitness for everyone.
Awesome spot for soccer and great walk around the outside!
