Great, authentic gym for people that want to train hard. Over the last month we participated in several boot camps with our coach Sam and we love it. Sam did such a great job getting us up to speed, teaching and pushing us to new levels. I can't recommend this place enough!! Cheers guys!

This is a great place that has inspired me to get fit and healthy again. Dan and Sam are great trainers and so friendly. It is nice to go to a gym where you always feel welcome.

The most friendly Gym in East Auckland and great instructors .Life changing experience for me thank you Dan.
