Do not use this service! I had my wedding suit jacket sleeves taken up. I was in a rush so did not check it in the shop. When I got home and tried it on later I noticed there was a burn on the shoulder area. I returned the following day and was told it must have happened when I brought it home, even though I explained it had been in the suit protector the whole time. The owner then told me it couldn’t have happened there because they have nothing hot in the building seems unlikely given the nature of the business and then that it must have been on it already and then contradicted himself by saying that his staff would always alert him to any damage to the clothes. All felt like a well rehearsed rebuttal to anyone who has issues with their service. I am now down a wedding suit jacket and there are no more in stock, means I’ll have to either replace mine and the groomsmen’s or wear something different to them. Avoid like the plague - I dropped 3 suits for some minor alterations one required some work on a pocket, they charged $460, when I collected and got home I noticed a pair of pants missing, when I called I was informed they gave everything back but would look. They never called, 3-4 weeks later I called, and of course they found them - of course the alterations requested had not been done. This place is a scam - just look inside to see their operation - terrible !!

Good dry cleaning job

Very expensive and they do very bad the job, they don't know how to sew a simple patch straight, a disaster

Julian always marks or pins the desired alteration, you have the opportunity to view in a full length mirror and discuss it before taking off the garment. I have used his services for about 5 years, for all kinds of alterations and have always been happy with the result. Will continue to recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The item was lengthened longer than I had asked, when I took it back they flat out denied that it was longer than I had requested. Once I showed them with the tape measure I was told my measurements I requested were ambiguous and that the 1/2 inch longer doesn’t really make that much difference. Not the point, nor not true. For the remainder of the conversation, I was blamed and received no apology or refund. They fixed the item of clothing but after much resistance.

I was disappointed with the "finishing" of my alterations - very little attention to detail, so much so that I will be getting the alterations re-done elsewhere. I would add that the response to my concerns & overall customer service was less than satisfactory.
