Terrible terrible customer service ever! !!Just got two pants shorten. Nothing wrong with alteration, but the old short hair lady was very rude. We should respect others especially elderly and young. But this lady doesn’t deserve that. She told me to stay aside that she was in hurry to help other customers after me. However, I should be served and helped before the person behind me. Her tone/voice seems very angry and racist. Looks like customer should listen and follow herself. Don’t let customer to communicate. Would never ever go back again! You can pay the same money and get better service somewhere else. Strongly not recommend!!!Service:&nbsp;Alterations
Extremely expensive. I dropped off 6 items, 3 of them came back incorrect. I was then charged more on pick up. Will not be going back and i strongly encourage you to do the same.Service:&nbsp;Clothing alterations &amp; repairs
My fiancé, Sarah took her new $150 Kookai dress pants to be altered by Looksmart Alterations, Sylvia Park. She was told they would be ready for pickup anytime Monday. She returned on Monday evening to collect them. The employee, Sabina said she could not find them. They both had to go out the rear of the store to locate the pants. Once found they were not altered. Sabina asked if Sarah could wait while the pants were quickly altered. The first attempt by Sabina was horrific. Very rushed, uneven and a completely different thread colour to the material of the pants. The second attempt was even worse. Sarah asked for Sabina to just stop her poor attempt and return the pants to her. She refused to refund the alteration charge and would not accept responsibility for the low quality and rushed workmanship. To make it worse Sabina also put a small hole in the pants, just above the hem from rough handling and rushing the alteration. Overall a very disappointing customer experience and not only are we out of pocket for the $150 pants, but also the $23.90 alteration charge. Please be careful before trusting this company with your clothing. See the attached photos
I went in to enquire regarding getting my pants altered on the day I was quoted a price however due to timing I did not go ahead with the service. After a few days later I went back into the shop to proceed with the service discussed earlier but at this time I was charged at a different rate. The pricing was more than what I was told for the exact same thing. I was confused and was frustrated as to why there was no consistency.
Very poor customer service. It’s a rip off place for alterations. The guy who served us didn’t understand what we were asking he charged us heaps for a small work wouldn’t explain why and couldn’t be bothered with any questions, just wanted money!!
I had my trousers taken up too far the first time I went here. I took them back to see what they could do. I was not disappointed with the final result. People are saying the Indian lady at the sylvia park store is rude, but she was very professional with me. I understand people may be in a rush, but with this current situation we're in, we have to be understanding with each other. Cheers team!
First of all, it took a very long time for someone to come to the counter, after I rang the bell , and rang the bell. I asked the man if he can help patch a hole in linen shorts. I was told I had to go to Spotlight buy a patch and they could stich that for me. Next day, I went to looksmart New Market, and had my shorts beautifully fixed , without me having to go and buy a patch. I would rather travel to New Market and get great service than deal with the uninterested shop in Sylvia park.
