A very special thank you to Suits On Broadway for their support and careful attention to showcasing the most impeccable attire upon New Zealand band Valkyrie for their ravishing new music video and song "Mina Mina" We were enamored upon entering the store as we felt the gravity of class and elegance, followed closely by the warm welcome of Courtney and David Eggleton. With a brief elocution on the essence of suit composition, quality and presentation we were measured up, and greatly impressed with their recommendations. David's assiduity to detail with the help of Courtney presented us in a timeless light. The fitting was pleasant and efficient as David has 30 years of experience in the menswear business. We knew we were in great hands and had complete faith in the process from beginning to end. We feel immense gratitude for being dressed in the best, and recognize this gesture came from a place of absolute craftsmanship and quality. Raj and Robert at Suits on Broadway provided amazing service for my groomsmen and myself in the lead up to my wedding. They made the process stress-free, have a wealth of knowledge and communicated with me throughout the whole time we worked with them. I brought my son here to buy his first suit. The store is a classic mens store where they measure you properly and provide real service. The service could not have been better - the attentive and knowledgeable staff treated my son with upmost courtesy, informing and educating him about suits without talking down to him. Together they selected a perfect suit, with all of the accessories to make a great ensemble. This was the perfect introduction to suit buying for my son.
Some of the best customer service out there. David went out of his way to get us some last minute changes for a friends wedding suit. He also has a great depth of knowledge with suits, and was incredibly helpful in helping me choose a suit, when I had no idea what I was looking for. Wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else for a suit!
Amazing customer service and great selection of menswear
I went to about 5 different stores in Auckland for a formal suit. These guys easily had the best service & quality for price. I would definitely recommend the store. As for the staff, Robert I think that's his name knew what he was taking about & wasn't pushy about making a sale. Thanks Robert.
I came here a year ago based on their reviews, I received top notch service and purchased a suit. I returned last week for a second suit. Suits on Broadway just deliver good personal service. 10/10. I will be back again and again.
Incredible service! I got a very nice suit for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone, well worth the trip to town.
Have a couple of suits from here, great friendly service - had a small issue with a Zip on trousers they fixed free of charge. This sort of thing is what keeps customers coming back.
