Rembrandt Newmarket

I went to Newmarket shop Wednesday afternoon to find a specific brand of shirt which I know I can find on this place. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. Sales person was just there standing at the til, perhaps he thought I am not buying because I am an Asian? hmmmmm.... I am the kind of buyer that once I entered a shop, I will really buy and I already have an idea what to buy. I felt the sales person is rude, even when I was paying. I didn't even stayed there for long, I grab a shirt, pay and leave. Lucky that I have no time to find in other store that I ended up buying with them.

There is cockroach crawling around in the store! Not a pleasant sight!

The service here is incredible. I went with a friend to look for a suit for my wedding and was greeted at the door. The attendants were very helping in fitting and selecting the right sizes. They have a great deal for grooms party hiring which I may take up. I will return here to continue my search for the right suit and any future suits/men's clothing.

Stopped by to hire a tuxedo for an event. It was easy to pick a time and place through email. They were both really professional during the fitting and picking up. Only issue was that the shirt wasn't ironed before pick up so had to do it at home.

I walked in very unsure about suits, didn’t really know what I wanted or how to go about it. TJ made everything so, so easy and I felt incredibly well looked after. He was very accomodating and knowledgeable. I am sure there are cheaper options but this was the best service and experience!!

I recently went into the newmarket store to choose a tuxedo for my wedding. Taka's service, patients and attention to detail is superb. A pleasant experience overall. Would highly recommend purchasing from this store.

If there was an option to rate 6 stars I would. I highly recommend Rembrandt in Newmarket and even more so the Style Advisor Natalia who is very friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for a Suit or Tuxedo this is the first place you should visit.
