Terrible experience. The quality of the work is amateur at best. He completely damaged a $400 garment I brought in. I was then charged a fee and advised it was poor quality. How so!? It was brand new?! I would avoid this shop at all costs. New Lynn has many other alteration businesses that are of a much better standard and have far reasonable prices. On top of that - the owners are far nicer than this rude & obnoxious man!
Appalling service. Suit jacket altered, the sleeves were different lengths, then the owner had the audacity to suggest it was my fault! Incredibly unprofessional and over-priced. Far better tailors out there who aren't as criminal as this outfit!
