My favorite seafood shop in the world!!! Always great selection of fresh fish which will be cleaned and prepared by your order. Can not recommend more.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would do so. Yesterday I bought 2 snappers from this shop. I gave it to the lady to clean and cut into curry pieces. The lady stole the fleshy part of the snappers and placed an extra head in my packet. When I called to complain, I was told that she has worked there for 30 years. What has that got to do with stealing? If she asked, I would have gladly bought her a fish. But stealing? I bought 2 fishes and brought home 3 heads, with 2 pieces of fleshy parts only. This shop steals from their customers!

OMG! Where do I start, we used to love buying fish from here, but since their staff changed, we get nothing but poor customer service and unwelcome gesture when visiting this store. The white old lady that works there is rude and just chuck the fish that we bought on the table, and the way that she talks to us is so rude.

Been there yesterday, good variety of fishes. The thing I noticed is pathetic customer service, the lady counter is rude. Just noticed her for couple of minutes her behavior to everyone the same. The guy who cleaned the fishes is terrible. The owner must give them proper training in customer servicing. Apart from that price wise & quality wise perfect.

Great selection of fish - particularly keen on the smoked fish. They have a good selection of fish sizes so you can get a good meal for any sized family. Also so great to select whole fish and get them to fillet for you.

Front staff are really good and friendly but the people who clean & cut the fish are horrible....a guy with black cap is so arrogant, instead of doing his job he talks with people and never accept his mistake. He should focus in his job and do job properly.

I just want to say thank you. I went there today and bought some raw fish and the lady that served me said to me to scan the code for covid. Now during this whole covid duration this was the first time I have ever been asked to do this. So thank you Manuka sea foods for caring about new Zealand and it citizens. I think you are the best and just wish other shops including super markets were as dedicated to kiwi safety as you are . If I could rate you higher I would. And also your raw fish in coconut milk with capsicum and spring onion is so delicious .
