Local fish and chips have never tasted so high-grade. Every item on the menu tastes incredible and is reasonably priced. Remuera Fisheries is the epitome of Remuera-standard service and cuisine, and I would still be a loyal customer, even if I didn't live nearby.

Most expensive fish from a fish & chips shop in NZ. $32+ for 2 pieces of fish one snapper & one fish of the day. We eat fish every friday for the last 4 years from a takeaway and it was our first and of course last visit to Remuera Fisheries. Never in more than 200 fridays have we been charged more than $10 for a piece of fish from a takeaway. We went back to clarify and they insisted bill was correct. Answer was that we needed to take into account charge for cooking as well ??? What??? Anyway, a blessing in disguise as we found now our new friday favourite just a few doors away F & C Remuera Village . Great service, very fresh and normal priced fish, clean and trendy shop. They don't charge extra for cooking!

This is one of the best example of an old fashioned fish and chip shop that i grew up with you can pick your own fish from the window and have it' cooked try the fish pie or the fish cakes all home made good service friendly just like home my family would catch up every Friday and have fish and chips try it with your family enjoy!

Fresh & delicious variety of Fish. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. The shop is always clean & does not smell of fish because the fish is SO fresh!!
