Woman with the blonde / purple rinse through her hair was very rude and very condescending.nI was absolutely blown away with her attitude and bagging her suppliers and very unhelpful to find a solution to a problem.nGot sent to the Ilam branch to get my order fulfilled and the woman there was so warm and helpful, it took her less than 2 minutes to help me find the item that was apparently not available anywhere.nI would recommend visiting the Ilam store before this one.
The old lady with ASH blonde hair and dark roots who works on a Wednesday afternoon lacks a lot of good customer service, we asked her about sizes and she raised her voice at us as if she was annoyed/angry. On top of that, she asked us not to unbutton the uniform when trying them on, as it is a lot of work for her and it consumes too much of her time, is it not a part of your job??????? anyways, I suggest picking a career that doesn't involve interacting with customers and buttoning up shirts if you are too lazy to do so
Great uniform shop here.nHelpful friendly staff in store that made uniform shopping so easy and stress free. Also, I have brought online from Mainland uniforms, and the items arrived just as advertised and super fast.
