I was looking for specific pieces of gear and found them at this place, with its massive range.nNot only that, but two workers saved me from making a terrible mistake since one piece I was going to buy didn’t fit what I else I had. They came up with a creative and super dooper helpful solution that saved me. One of the workers also gave me some useful tips for the trail I was about to walk which is invaluable.nSo grateful for them and their lovely store.
I bought a couple of times from this stored and always received great service, products and prices. But my last experience blew my mind! I lost my tent poles and when I placed order, Mitch from the stored, replied that he noticed someone who found them on social networks! They even shiped them to the CHC store and gave to me in person. What an amazing service! Thank you, Mitch, again and again! :-
Went to Bivouac Outdoor to purchase some clothes and gear for the trip down south and had a great shopping experience! The staff were incredibly skilled and friendly, and the store had such a wide selection. Mia was our shopping guide, and she went above and beyond to help us find the best options for our upcoming trip. She gave great advice on materials, functions, and sizes for the gear.nI’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for hiking or camping gear!
Service was excellent, patient as I asked many, many questions about hiking boots and helped whilst I tried on various types.nnThis shop stocks high quality brands and you feel confident that they know what they're talking about.
Thanks to the patience of the excellent staff Mia, her professional knowledge on backpacks really amazed me. I learned a lot from her. Under her patient guidance, I bought an Arc'teryx fleece jacket, which is very light and warm. I will come again next time.
