I am loyal to this brand and shop it around the world. Only at this location are the staff unhelpful. After interactions with two rude employees my husband and I decided to leave the items we were going to purchase and walked out. We'll get them at a different location and support another store.

Staff was awesome!! Very genuinely friendly and helpful. The store is huge compared to other ones I’ve seen around NZ! Spent too much money here!

Friendly staff did I mention friendly? Super kids friendly and attentive staff knows where things are like nobody else. Located so centrally it's impossible to give it a miss. Shop here is on another level compare to stores else where in nz. Highly recommend.
